The food, Service & staff behaviour was amazing, and we enjoyed perfect with family.

Rooms are good, spacious and well maintained. Restaurant was good, courteous staff. Only problem we faced was that the hot water supply system broke down previous night and had to get hot water bucket service… hope it is not a regular break down. Surprising thing is that the lobby was in 3-4th floor and there were no proper signage or guidance by staff. Being a star hotel we should expect at least such basic infra to be provided.

One of the best chain of hotels. Staff is very lively, courteous. Waterfront provides best, authentic food which is not only tasty but delicious. Cleaniless is maintained all the time. The interior has vibrant colors, lively atmosphere. Lovely place to take your near and dear ones.

Best hotel visited in Ranchi. Had attended an one day seminar. Banquet and catering services were up to mark. But expected a more efficient washroom. Couldn't understand the taste of chicken item. Apart from that other recipes were really good. Parking at basement doesn't have a lift. Walking is the only way to out.

Its just an amazing place with lot of positive ambiance. The staff here is too friendly with fast response. The swimming pool is good and food is amazing too. The morning breakfast is free and its amazing.

Had my tilak ceremony here. Was happy with the arrangements. Location is pretty good too and in a city like Ranchi, Twas good, to have an international brand!

Best hotel of Ranchi having good numbers of rooms. Situated on Main road of Ranchi it is near to Ranchi Railway station and airport. It's Kabab Factory restaurant is very popular among non-vegetarian customers.

The food was quite good. We had our table next to the swimming pool and view was amazing. We had to wait for more than an hour to get our food served and that was the problem we didn't like here. Otherwise everything else was okay.

The best of its kind as off now in Ranchi. 5 kms from the airport. Centrally located. Rooms are good enough. But the buffet menus needs a vast change. Otherwise quite and safe place to stay.

Probably the best hotel in Jharkhand. Great place for events and social gatherings. The staff is amazing and polite. They've got a pretty large swimming pool and a gym as well as a spa, steam room and sauna, somethings I wasn't expecting. The food is delicious and the quantity is pretty substantial. All in all, amazing hotel.

Good place to visit. Comfortable staying though on the higher side. The minimum rate of the room depends on the type of room one wants. The minimum is ₹8000. Hotel has good infrastructure and facilities packed in a very limited space. The Radisson Blu features a luxury spa & 3 dining experiences. Swimming, the water front restaurant, coffee shop, THE kabab factory and bar zone is allowed for room guests only but not for outside guests. However, it is advised to consult the hotel management before coming to any conclusion. They may arrange.

Food not so tasty… spa is superb… location is approachable… rooms are fantastic… hall. Area is good… swimming pool is good… restaurant is good to look but food quality poor… a 24hrs cake shop.

The only star rated hotel in Ranchi. Hosts a couple of restaurants and a pub named Heroes. Located centrally with easy access to the main road (shopping areas) airport and railway station. Also has the O2 spa perhaps the best spa with good facilities in the city. Overall a great place as per Ranchi standards.

The service was excellent. It also has an app named one touch. The app has everything a guest wants, from room service to house keeping and it all works. Its an amazing hotel.

Went to attend a conference. The facilities are very good with a banquet hall with an occupancy of 500+ seating. The restaurant at the second floor is a great place with its ambiance and quality of good. There is an artificial pool and sitting place around it.

A 5 star rated hotel of Radisson group, though costly for common pockets, worth visiting once in a while for sumptuous buffet dinner or lunch or ala karte menu. I like the starter green salads before the main course. Most important, after a heavy food, one needn't bother for the morning. Ambience is good.

Had an amazing stay here with the extremely well sited balcony seating area in the room. The rooms are clean and big. The buffet is just excellent.

More than holel, I was impressed with the impromptu support of Security person namely Anil Kumar, who offered to help pay for my cab when I was struggling to get change of 2000 rupees when other staff were shying away even to engage and understand the guest issue who is checking in the hotel. I feel customer service start with these small things and make an impact and I promised Anil to pay back once I check in and collect money from nearby ATM as hotel too was not having a change of 2000 rupees note… As far as Hotel it concerned, it is good hotel with all the basic amenities expected from a 4 star hotel… Staff have been cooperative except the initial experience while checking in… I will not forget the this hotel for one person Anil, who made all the difference from customer experience point of view…

Truly 4 star experience. Good breakfast menu and room service is great. Toiletries needs to be upscale considering the standard of the hotel. Hair dryer is missing so are sleepers in the bouquet.

During my visit to Radisson for a buffet lunch with my wife and my son, we were rather disappointed to see a very limited menu — with barely 2 veg options and 2 non-veg options — besides some rice, roti (1 type) and some boiled stuff (in the name of salad options). It cost us around Rs. 2500 (approx. ). Definitely lunch buffet was not worth it. Had far better experiences during community gatherings organized there — those were very likeable. Perhaps Ranchi bandh dulled the chef too much! :-) Definitely avoid on suspect days.

In comparison to other properties in the state this being the only 5 star definitely keeps their standards high from the rest. But yet it has many much to improve in. 1st cleanliness and HACCP 2nd the trainee staff are very very poorly trained and lack basic service rules. 3rd consistency of products is not always seen.

It is the only 5 star hotel in Ranchi and probably in the nearby districts, however it doesn't quite live up to it's reputation, the decor is warm staff is nice, ambiance 8/10, food (you get better food at cheaper prices in nearby restaurants). Coming to the rooms they are good and lavish, but a bit overpriced as compared to other hotels in the city. location: it is located around a congested place a bit away from the main road and if you don't pay close attention you might just miss it. You also have a BMW showroom at the ground floor of the hotel.

Nice hotel. Great food. Not such a great arrangement in their banquet hall (iris I guess). The food arrangement was too crowded.

Have never stayed in their rooms. Visited the place twice: 1st) For coffee. Three things came to my notice. The seating and ambiance was decently nice. The coffee was disgusting (only 2 varieties hot or cold available). The pricing was at par with any other 4 stars. 2nd) For a corporate meeting and dinner. The experience was that of 2 or a 3 star hotel. More is expected from the Radisson blu brand name.

The service at this hotel is fantastic, and the rooms are wonderful — not necessarily what you expect in Ranchi, so prepare to be surprised. The breakfast spread is ample, and the hotel staff are friendly. Some of the staff are not very fluent in English, however, so better to keep your requests simple.

Core of Ranchi's luxury ⛺. The place is stuffed with all the things your heart is gonna tend to. Top notch room service and pool is very clean. Veg foods are incredibly tasty. Its simply the best you can get in Ranchi.

Great hotel. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of food, and is open for ample time. The swimming pool has very clean water with virtually no chlorine, which makes it very refreshing. The gym also looked great, but I didn't get to use it due to time constraints.

Though I haven't stayed there in one of the rooms, I have often frequented their lobby restaurants called the Waterfront and The great Kebab factory. The Waterfront is quite a place to be in Ranchi — conceptually designed facing a large black marble pool of reflective water caressed by soft natural light filtered through a glass canopy above. It's a nice feeling to be here and spend some time once in a while surfing the net while enjoying their reasonably priced wine, cocktails, beer and food. The food is excellent whether it's Indian, continental or Italian. Croissants, breads, ham sandwiches, rara ghost or buffet items are top notch. The other one The great Kebab factory is another great place to have your dinner — for 900 odd bucks you can feast on an amazing range of succulent kebabs and biryanis! Don't miss the fourth floor open air swimming pool too.
