Because the Mercury is now under new management and significant upgrading has been done, I'm sure that earlier ratings on the lower side of the scale will soon be just part of the past. The rooms and general ambience are lovely and restful, though without frills. I'd say the appeal of this hotel is particularly to those like myself whose main wish as a hotel guest is for a good bargain without sacrificing quality. The Mercury definitely offers value for the money. The manager's willingness to work with a group of us to arrange advance booking with quite a number of requirements was outstanding. While this could partly be attributed to his taking over a hotel with widely varied earlier ratings, we sensed it was rooted in deeper serviceability and commitment.

Room is good, Linen looks clean but not new so I use my own. Room is clean and cleanliness of bathroom is not up to the mark. Food is brilliant. Staff behaved well. Overall pleasant stay.

Situated in very h oor locality. Have a huge parking space and finger licking Hot Lips restaurant is just beide of it.

Hotel Mercury Residency is one of the best hotel of Ranchi. I would really like to praise their hospitality and service.

Very nice… neat n clean. Service is vry good… nice space fr any programme… one thng washrooms are too small.

Good place for staying has laundry, there is also Punjabi rasoi in the same complex. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, good place to arrange get together parties.

Good stay. And feeling much better at mercury residency.
