I don't know whats wrong about the manager! His attitude is soo wrong in this category of business. I never seen a rude person like this standing at any hotel reception in my life. Almost everything bad about this hotel yet they are able get some business due to its location.

The hotel is in sakchi and the ambience is ok. If you want hotel in cheap then this is your best place. The area is also good as chappan bhog is nearby including street vendors. Overall the hotel is good and the food quality can be better.

I will never stay in this hotel again… this is the first sentence that comes to my mind, when I thought of this hotel & my stay there. Rooms are OK, but the room service & specially billing is pathetic. They told me to give 20% discount, but refused by saying that they are not able to find the earlier billing data. After printing the bill the accountant came with the earlier bill with discount mentioned, then I asked for refund, they said they can't do this as bill is printed. They wasted 30min in this and finally I felt cheated. I nearly missed my train due to this incident. Thank God my family wasn't with me…
