Very worst service at CM Hotel in.
When we arrived, they showed both AC and non-AC rooms. The non-AC rooms were in extremely bad condition. Still, they promised that electricity, TV, and hot water were available, so we paid and checked in.
After check-in, there was no hot water. When we asked, the staff simply said there was some issue and gave excuses instead of fixing it, and they are talking with good manners bed and roodly they are give answers.
I came with my family to spend quality time and be happy, but this experience completely spoiled our trip. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, and they did not respond properly to our concerns.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please be careful before booking this hotel.
