Happy witg the hotel jus that the room air conditioning still not good enough.

This little hotel is convenient to the market. Just far enough away. The breakfast in the morning is probably one of the better selections I’ve found and the staff is always very accommodating. Rooms are clean and adequate. Could be a a bit pricey considering other hotels in the area. But it’s a restful stay.

Love the place, staff are friendly. Great location and great service you would love to come back.

Small water bottle and small rest rooom. It good for 1 or 2 person but not good for child.

Good place to stay for business trip. However I would mention some cons: sound proofing is not really good; privacy of internet: with little knowledge of IT, I can know what site other rooms visit, etc (warning, use your LTE connection if u want private. Other than that, great place to stay.

Hotel staff attitude is very good, but the music next door in the evening is too loud, continued until 2 O ' clock in the middle of the night, unable to sleep, the next night came back to the room did not clean.

Great service and central location. Walking distance to central eating areas and night market (about 15 to 20mins).

The entrance to the hotel is a very steep staircase, people aged or having QC with joints do not even imagine how to go/Go ( (

The hotel is nice, although the room is small, but has everything you need-kettle, safe, refrigerator, furniture decent, cozy, good air conditioning, almost noiseless, breakfast satisfactory.

The location and the accommodation are quite alright. The experience certificate in general was good up until the checkout. The bartender had the worse possible behaviour after checkout. Inviting us to leave an hour before closure of the lobby bar, speaking to the receptionist in another language while laughing and looking at us, and finally looking into our wallets while we were getting money out. In sum, what could have been a good stay was completely stained by a very distasteful way to service guests.

Clean hotel. Nice, helpful staff. Workout space could be better. Due to the size of the room, I was glad that I was the only person there.

Urine stained beds, hallways were loud, breakfast was not great, different substances smeared on bathroom wall, shower didn't drain, and required us to leave passports with them instead of just making copies. Do not stay here, a little extra money elsewhere will be well worth it.

It's probably the only place I've stayed in were the water in the shower was only tepid, id have liked hot water to wash in, other than that, the hotel was nice, the room and bed were comfortable and the staff were very good.

We started our vietnam vacation at this hotel. It is a nice clean hotel which is located at a nice spot. Just a few steps to the market and a few steps more to the backpacker district. Which locates some nice restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We tried to end our trip also in that hotel but unfortunately there was no free room. We had to stay in a different hotel which was close but the standard was not as high as in the Paradise Saigon Boutique Hotel (even if the price was the same) We would definetely recommend this hotel and visit it again.

New hotel (opened late last year). Centrally located, walking distance to the backpacker district and a short cab ride to most places. We stayed on the suite on level 9 and it was fine. A bit of noise from the street and a night club operating from a high rise opposite the grand hotel from wed-sun 9pm to late the only complaints. Also the room key disconnects power to the fridge so your drinks are warm when you return from a day trip — circle k just down the road solves that.
