Hosted my son birthday party at roof top and they have managed the event superbly…
specially hotel Mr. Sandeep is very nice and gentle and took personal interest in all events.

Stayed there for a week… Great place n good service… Even u can njoy a musical nite there. Manager n receptionists were helpful always.

Good location, food is always delicious and served with a smile. Friendly and helpful staff. Good fitness centre and views from the gym and hotel rooms.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in raipur.

We stayed in the Oyo rooms part of the hotel. It's good. Has a Bar with nice music and Spa.

Nice hotel. The approach to the hotel is a bit dark and is narrow. OYO rooms are good and the staff is helpful. The location is also good with shopping centers nearby. One can consider staying at the place if doesnt want to enter the city.

Its really good hotel to stay with your family. Hotel staff is polite and always eager to help us. If you encounter any issue with anything then hotel staff quickly solves the problem. Rooms were clean. I had complementary breakfast which was delicious. Taste of tea is amazing. Hotel accepts card payment as well as paytm and I sent my identity proof over email so keeping hard copy of identity proofs are not needed. It was a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Good staff. Expensive in-house restaurant. Too slow response from house keeping & room service. Unimpressive management.

Good ambience, staff's behaving very polite and particularly fish biryani is awesome worth for cost.

It's a great hotel to make your stay. Service and staff is really good.

Good location near to airport and food was good as well. Room was not what we expected (flush wasn't working in 2 rooms) and they were playing loud music at 1am that disturbed my and my guests sleep.

Room is comfortable and Food Quality is also good. One of the cheapest thing of this hotel is Management. They can not manage many guests at a time, they also not provide clean washrooms. One of the cheapest thing of this hotel "Front Desk Office Manger" he don't know to talk with delegates. He also don't have etiquette to talk with main organizers of any event.

Hotel Sheetal International I stayed there 3 days for an International event where so many guests comes from China, Qatar, U. S. And etc. We have booked 18 rooms, room service is not very good but clean and comfortable rooms. Extremly worst thing of this hotel is management and front desk manager. Front desk manager behaviour is very rude with main organizers. He don't have atiqate to deal with people's in hospitality industry. He ask "paise do warna check our out karne nahi dunga" cheep wordings. It's better to choose different hotel and enjoy there.

Very poor service and call to housekeeping or room service they are come after 1 hourse. Nd breakfast served daily poha and Idli only…

Room are spacious and clean. Room Service is an area of concern. Food are really expensive as per the room traffic.

Superb place to visit with friends and family… The charges are very reasonable with availability of SPA BAR FOODING etc.

Good place… All in one place… Restro, bar, open pub, private pub, TDS, hotel, rooms, banquat… Very cosy & comfortable also… Live singing was awsome… Interior ambience everything was nicee… I enjoyed a lot.

This place has good ambience, serves variety of options for both foods and drinks. Ambience is good and basically has the sports bar atmosphere with DJ and dance floor also available. Reasonable for the service offered. 1000-1200/ head including alcohol and full meals. Entrance and the place is bit difficult to find.

Beautiful location around it but located slide inside the vip road hard to find the road. No sign board there. Use Google map to navigate the hotel. Quite and nice ambience.

Nice place to stay and good food. Price is around 2500INR. Near Raipur Airport and near hiway still having bar option 24 hours service.

It's ok need to work on hygiene n cleaniess of Bar n common restrooms. Lift is very slow.

Good cozy and laid back place to stay in. Should undertake pest control frequently.
