Value for money: Got the booking at 2800/-, on a weekend and season time. Compared to that, the resort is really a large property, well decorated.
Location: It's great, just opposite to Sarovaar Park.

This hotel location is wrongly marked in Google maps. It is actually on opposite side of road.
It is under Bihar tourism development corporation. It is a nice hotel with large premises.

Proactiveness is missing. Good place to stay at however expensive as per the location. Breakfast is worth it but manager needs to be more polite and carry less attitude.

I stayed at the Royal Emerald Hotel in Muzaffarpur for two nights. The rooms were nice offering a comfortable environment and the services was good.

The hotel rooms are spacious and well sanitized. Comfortable beds and air conditioner is really good. Bathroom essentials like hair drier can be added as an utility.

It was excellent and comfortable stay here. Overall staff and service of the hotel is excellent. Will prefer to stay again in future.

We enjoyed a lot my friends birthday with complementary dj night. The food made by chef Arjun was fantastic. And Anjani team with Rahul, rupesh was very helpful. Thanks to team fun n city.

I stayed in a dormitory. It was in the basement and quite comfortable for a short stay if travelling alone.
