Grand Savera

1. Location : Near to the Railway Station, but seems like the construction was ongoing so the auto driver took via a slightly long route, but is very near to the station.
To not be scammed (I paid 110 for a very small journey), I'll recommend to go to the Platform No. 2 and catch an auto to reach the hotel.
The roads are in bad shape reaching to the hotel.
2. Service : Was average, they responded to the calls for online booking, asked for toto/auto number which they said will provide but failed to do so, at last had to get it arranged ourselves, the behaviour changed drastically after check out. Well I won't count it as my commute is none of their concern.
3. Food : Got our dinner at the room, was good.
Lunch was HORRIBLE : Went to the rooftop restaurant, in dal there were small hairs, in rice, found steel wires (CRAZY! )
4. Comfort : Asked them to prepare the room before my visit, but the floors were very dirty, seemed like they didn't changed the pillow and bedsheets as well. Room was cozy enough.
THE ROOMS ARE NOT SOUND PROOF! YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE AND STAFF SHOUTING IN THE CORRIDOR SOMETIMES.
Infrastructure exists, but the maintenance and quality of hospitality is poor/average.
Well they're trying, but needs a supervisor that could see all the dimensions (cleaning, food quality, etc) at once to get it improved.
Not much expected in places like Saharsa, overall average experience, but maybe better option than other places there (as per the online reviews)

Best in saharsa, very nice sarvice, comfortable stay. Staff behaviour spacly front desk is very polite and supporting.

In one word I will describe this hotel that the hotel is very good. There will be no problem. Neither in service nor in staying, the people are good. You will get everything on time. Everything is clean. There is no need to see too many comments.

I visited almost Radisson, Taj, Hyatt etc every month for business purposes but Here in Grand Savera I got a call from reception @ 9:45 am to checkout instead of Checkout time is 12 PM … The language of reception guy is terrible … I would never recommend this property to any one.

Good hotel, ambience is nice, room is clean, electrical appliance are good, behavior of staff/ reception is very humble and supportive, overall after a long time found a well place to accomodate for 2-3 days either for official purpose or personal/ functional.

Hotel is good. Good to stay here. Hotel staff pankaj Kumar data (Manager), remon viswas (Supervisor), Vikram Kumar, dinkar (front line manager) all behaviour is good and so down to earth.
