In one word I will describe this hotel that the hotel is very good. There will be no problem. Neither in service nor in staying, the people are good. You will get everything on time. Everything is clean. There is no need to see too many comments.

I visited almost Radisson, Taj, Hyatt etc every month for business purposes but Here in Grand Savera I got a call from reception @ 9:45 am to checkout instead of Checkout time is 12 PM … The language of reception guy is terrible … I would never recommend this property to any one.

Good hotel, ambience is nice, room is clean, electrical appliance are good, behavior of staff/ reception is very humble and supportive, overall after a long time found a well place to accomodate for 2-3 days either for official purpose or personal/ functional.

Hotel is good. Good to stay here. Hotel staff pankaj Kumar data (Manager), remon viswas (Supervisor), Vikram Kumar, dinkar (front line manager) all behaviour is good and so down to earth.

This is a osaam hotel design in saharsa hotel is very nice and location is also too good food and all the management staff are good behaviour everything was great food delicious 😋 fast room service and all the floor nd overall aal the things and room place are very neat and clean overall my experience is best. Super good location with heaps of activity. Close to public transport or just grab a rickshaw, hotel crew were super friendly and helpful, room was good with all the needs required, bed real comfy, hot water for shower good too, ac worked perfect, all up a good experience here at the hotel and surroundings. The hotel was superb. Service was great, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The behaviour of the staff is too dull, not have courtesy to talk to the customer. They suddenly charged the xtra price giving dire argument. I definitely suggest that you kindly avoid booking this hotel. This incident took place on 18.04.24.
