I would like to share my review of Kanupriya & Tanisha Hotel. This hotel offers a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The staff is polite, professional, and always ready to help guests with a smile. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential facilities. I recently stayed at Mayfair Purnea and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully maintained with a peaceful and green environment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help.
The food was delicious, with a good variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool, spa, and other recreational facilities added to the overall comfort of the stay. The calm atmosphere and excellent hospitality made the visit memorable.
I would highly recommend Mayfair Purnea to families, business travelers, and anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Purnea.

Had a wonderful dinner at Mayfair Purnea. The food was not that good but, the ambiance was elegant, and the overall dining experience was average. A special thanks to Kanu Priya and Sneha for their warm hospitality.

Had a wonderful dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was also excellent. Ms. Kanupriya, our waitress, was very polite, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit. She made sure we were comfortable and took great care of us. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I am a big fan of Mayfair resorts & had stayed at most of their properties.
Just as their other properties this one too exudes the same vibes that’s so characteristic of Mayfair, although not as grand!
Rooms are absolutely well appointed & reflect the class of Mayfair!
Restaurant on the ground floor “The Pavilion” is a bit small & possibly can take not more than 40 to 50 guests at a time.
We had our dinner & ordered for soup & a few veg starters that tasted alright!
Service is courteous enough & the staff left no stone unturned to make the stay as best as possible.

Our stay at the hotel was refreshing after a long drive from Guwahati. It has a great ambiance and the food was delicious. Our room was lovely, but the highlight was the balcony overlooking the lush green lawn—a beautiful view to wake up to.
The staff were professional and welcoming throughout. A special thanks to Papiya and Kuldeep for the wonderful massage; it was incredibly relaxing and a highlight of our visit.

We had happy and exciting time having food. It was well arranged, hygienic and main thing we marwari got opportunity to have Eggless in everything. There was curd served in lunch and we asked for lassi and they promptly served. Bijoy was looking personally.

I recently hosted my sister’s wedding at Mayfair Hotels and Resorts in Purnea. As anyone knows, a sister’s wedding is one of the most emotional and important days for a brother, and I wanted everything to be perfect. My experience here was a roller coaster that ended on a high note, purely thanks to the incredible ground team who became like family to us.
I must address a sour note first. We had a very bad experience with the "Corporate Man" (I will refrain from naming him, but the management knows who he is). He was a source of mental torture and nearly ruined the event for a while with his attitude and handling of things. It was a stressful situation that could have been a disaster.
However, the reason I am giving this 5 stars and highly recommending this place is because of the people who stepped in to fix the mess. The "Family" I made at Mayfair refused to let my sister's big day be spoiled.

The location and ambience of the property are good and quite pleasant. However, the most important aspect—service—was extremely disappointing. The service at the restaurant was very poor and completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The waiter also appeared inadequately trained and lacked the professionalism expected at a five-star property. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards promised.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mayfair, Purnea. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout my visit. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff — Ms. Kanu Priya and her team were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. They ensured every guest was comfortable and well looked after, making the morning experience delightful.
Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

Our stay at Mayfair was one of the best decision we made to get relax and refresh from our day to day chores. Mayfair is full of greenery, scenic beauty, soothing ambience, peaceful environment and above all a perfect resort. The staff here are so well mannered and the respect they gave their guests is beyond words. The rooms are perfectly clean and whatever you need is provided to you within minutes.
The food is very delicious, yummy and the staff at Pavillion Restaurant are very kind and helpful.
Overall, Mayfair includes everything one needs to enjoy their vacations. The staff are well mannered, kind and very helpful.
The swimming pool in the resort is the best, the staff at swimming pool is so helpful and is always there to guide you and if you have child, they will take proper care of every need for child for swimming.
I am very much thankful to Mayfair for giving me a perfect and peaceful stay with every need getting fulfill. Whoever in Purnea must once visit Mayfair. Mayfair have peaceful environment and amazing hospitality, the all staff here are amazing and we got a wonderful and amazing experience.

Rahul from housekeeping was always prompt and kept everything clean and tidy with a smile.
At the dining area, Kanupriya was an absolute sweetheart—always kind, smiling, and attentive, this made every meal more enjoyable.
Mustafa and Sumit were also fantastic, always taking care of our comfort and serving delicious food with a cheerful smile.

Bihar’s best hotel/resort. Enjoyed gym session with Abdul Rahman. Amazing experience. Recommend everyone to experience it.

A lush green campus with lovely rooms. The pool was clean, the pool attendant Nawin was very polite and super helpful. Great food as well.

Chicken lollipop was not cooked well but chef was able to get us the another one. Overall food was good but service could have been much better.

Great hospitality. We were travelling with our family and had taken family club room and it has many amenities considering the location it is the best stay in the nearby region. Surely can be considered for the further travel plans to Purnea.
