Service not good, Behavior of staff not good. Location not good. Staff not supportive.

I would like to give 4☆☆☆☆ to the crew and recommend it as safe in this Pandemic to stay' worth staying.

I was there for my dinner and I was shocked when I got my bill after having my dinner… that was no too expensive compared to all… such a great place to stay, food and hangout…

A very nice place in Patna.

Good food and good ambience coupled with good hospitality I enjoyed. More I loved soft instrumental music being a musical person from Patna All India Radio. Thank dear.

Friendly staff, everything nicely orchestrated, suitable fir professional meetups of small parties.

There was smoke in some rooms, some rooms had non functional air conditioner. Only After lots of complaints I got the new room.

Not a hotel I would really recommend for anyone. The room is very small. The approach is highly confusing, and the room service takes ages.

Being located inside mall, ventilation and fresh air is an issue. Staff is courteous. Book online for great discounts.

VijayTej is a great hotel with good ambience and polite staff.

Although the room was neat and clean but the size of the room and the bathroom was very small as compared to what shown in the pictures. Staff were friendly and food is good. The hotel is located in P&M mall.

It was a very pleasant stay, special thanks to Ms khushboo she helped in every way from allotment of room till check out (i was having a flight delayed and she allowed a bit longer to stay in the room beyond check out time). Place is at fantastic location.

Nice location in Patna, service is very good, friendly staffs and very helping. Suite rums are very nice. Ask for a rum on d 5th floor, de r nicer.

The cuisine is not good enough. They charge well for buffet lunch however the food quality is worse than normal wedding caterers. Food — 1/5 The halls however are really good and well maintained. The staff team is awesome and professional. They fulfill even the last moment requests. Hall ambience and staff — 5/5 Rooms are a little bit small but quiet enough considering it's location. Since it is in a mall building, is very well secured. You have Big Bazaar just few steps away from Vaishali hall. Rooms and location — 4/5

Nice place to stay within the mall. Staff are very courteous and helpfull. Rooms are silent. But there are no windows.

Good place especially its wedding hall is great.

One of best hotel in Patna as of now in my experience. Under one roof we can get a lot of things, we can't sleep and but through out day we get options to spend our including multiplex, restaurants, food court, shopping complex and many more. My entire family enjoyed a lot and again very soon we would plan to be there.

Almost everything's ok except the Wi-Fi.
