This hotel's service has become the worst part. There was no towel in the room, I kept calling their room service and reception but no body came with towel in one hr. They can't serve you tea before 7.30am.
Although the room is good… But bedbug issues… Service qaulity issues where they cut the bill and don't serve the food… Milk is served in a glass equivalent to Vodka shots glass… And lastly the bathroom hardware doesn't function properly… And when you complain at reception. They try and solve the issue at such a delayed time, that even a complementary water bottle reaches you in half an hour with at least 2 phone calls… And then they say, WE VALUE YOUR COMPLAINTS.
