Prime location. Restaurant is very nice with delicious food and well behaved Staff. Price of food is OK. Very neat and clean Hotel. I as well as my family and friends enjoyed here. I recommend you to visit this hotel.

Very poor service, there is no lift to the parking area, the parking space is so dirty. And so after parking your car you gotta carry all your luggage to 3 floor up to the reception. This is the first hotel I have seen in my life where complementary water is limited to 1 half litre bottle that too given after 2 hours of check in and 5 times calling to them.
So it’s a waste of money.

I had an overnight stay at the hotel and everything was made easier. The staff were polite and hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A budget friendly hotel.

Very poor experience. I had booked the room for 3 days and at the time of check in request for one day extended stay. Hotel authority committed for this booking. Today they forsed to check out, they do not have room. very poor service.

This is situated at the Prime location of patna but the only thing it lacks that in the day time the locality is so crowded and they dont have parking area. Apart from this the place is good for the family functions they have good spacious banquet hall and rooms. They have there separate Restaurant having peaceful ambience and good decor, What stands out is there catering service, some mouth watering dishes they serve which enhances your taste buds and craves you for more. Every dishes they serve were excellent.

I was attending a birthday party. Location was easy to find and had ample parking space. Food was amazing. I'm not a fan of vegetarian food in hotels but Windsor's veg food had a good taste to offer. I would definitely recommend if u r having any functions.

When I stayed in this hotel for three days, I lost my precious wrist watch during shifting from Room no. 301 to Room no. 426 with help of their people. When I have complained to their management, they not even worried to enquire on this issue, were not bothered to check footages in CCTV cameras and they lie that enough memory is not there to backup the previous footages. Very strange!

I always stayed in this hotel whenever came to Patna. Nice place to stay and good hospitality.

Nice & decent place to stay with family in Patna. Rooms are spacious, with a small fridge, cupboard, locker & a 32' television with HD connection, electric kettle with complimentary tea and milk powder. Bathroom doesn't have a curtain that separates bathing area from rest of the bathroom. Breakfast Buffet : Limited and repetitive options although quality is good. It's located in the market place so anything that you need is readily available nearby.

Very poor parking arrangement and need to climb a couple of floors to reach the reception… Would get better options at same price.

Rooms were excellent, spacious and hygienic. Hotel is in prime location, you will get nice view of flyover in front of it, only problem is that it has very less space for parking and the hotel starts from 1st floor so you need to carry your goods till 1st floor. Another problem we faced was that, bellboys were not cooperative as we were carrying more luggage, this happens two times with us with different bellboys, so this is a serious issue there.

Waiters and staff are typically arrogant. And ill-mannered. Food is average and amenities are also average.

A very nice hotel in middle of Patna town. Very convenient as all the malls markets and public means of transportation are nearby. However, A few things to be said. Stained walls, Lift can be seen and it's a turn down.

Hotel is on second floor. And there is no lift from ground to second floor. Once you are in hotel, there is a lift. Decent hotel for a couple of days stay. Clean rooms. Mineral water in the room is chargeable. Located in Central area of Patna, thats the main advantage.

It was a great hotel for a short stay. I was pretty impressed with the quick andattentive service whenever I needed to get my clothes washed and pressed it was always well looked by the hotel staff. Whenever I had breakfast which had good spread of food, from Indian breakfast to oats, cereals, toasts and fruit the always gave me more whenever I asked. It is situated in the heart of the city and very near to railway station. And absence of good hotels in patna in budget is rare so it makes this hotel a priority. Rest is alright the rooms were neat bathrooms were clean and staff was well behaved. It was a good stay in all.

A climb up a winding stair for 3 stories followed by a lift that doesn't work and therefore another climb for two stories. Entirely unsuitable for the tired and oh yes there's absolutely no way a person with disabilities can use this place. The food — particularly a couple of usually dependable paneer dishes — was reeking of staleness and long term storage. Risky at best. Rooms aren't bad though.

Nice hotel located in a crowded place. Staffs are helpfull but often they tends to become too frindly for extra tips and money. Rooms are good and overall comfortable stay. Breakfast is tasty and with good options to choose from.

It's a good place to be. Nice rooms. Try to get rooms that are facing the road. Food is good and very near to the Railway station. The only issue is it is in crowded place and one have to climb 2 floors to reach the hotel. Yes, the first two floors doesn't have lift.

Very nice place to stay right in the middle of the city. Makes it convenient to access almost all the areas of city. Good food served at the in house restaurant. A lot of good restaurants and eateries are also easily accessible within 10 mins of walk.

Located in bakarganj, the approach to hotel is very crowed, its in the middle of the market, However once you enter the complex you'll feel relaxed. The hotel is very neat & clean. Property has around 40 rooms, Well maintained, Great interiors, awesome food, value for money, In-fact one of the best hotels in Patna. Only problem I faced is Wi-Fi, strength is very poor in most of the rooms.

Rooms are not worth of money being charged. There is a same hotel with name " Republic hotel" which is much better and near bakerganj.

I only had dinner at the hotel. But walking through the hotel it seemed to be a delightful venue and somewhere I would definitely try next time I needed a hotel. Food was great.

Situated in Exhibition Road, always rush in this area mostly due to car accessories market. Complementary breakfast is nice and affordable tariff.

Well it's a landmark hotel of patna. The most advantageous part is that it is situated at the heart of business centre of city… superb location. But lack of parking create chaos at the road. Well the staff are good & interior had good too. Only disadvantage is that lack of parking facility.

Poor service. Gave renovated rooms might be good but they give older rooms at same rate to new customers. Rooms are poorly illuminated, expected facility like tea maker floor n hand towels were missing.
