Attended an engagement function yesterday (14/12/2020) staff and management was horrible. Even after informing them about severe egg allergy the staff lied and confirmed that no egg is used in starter. Almost ran to hospital due to that illiterate waiter. Food was horrible almost bland not even salted properly even the road side dhaba will serve much better food than gargee grand. Host was serving food to the guests. Not enough waiter. Need to wait for the food to get refilled. They will bring small quantity to refill (not even enough for 3 people).

Every item was disappointing…
Soup was served after starter and served cold… paneer was hard… cheese ball served was no cheese inside. Baby corn crispy was not crispy and too thick… ambience was good but food was below average.

Food quality served today ie 26.06.2019 in a meeting of 200 people on 3rd floor @cost of 1200 per plate was worst. I don't know how people recommend this hotel for the meeting.

It's Beautiful Hotel. But all the Staff specially Hall Staff are Very aggressive behavior also proudly and they are using wrong words to Guest & if any thing emergency they will not inform you before nd last time they will treat like animal to Guest.

Rooms are small but clean and arranged. Food is almost 5 times higher from market. It's better when you book you go for AP and bargain on overall price. Feel safe to stay, location is positive side.

Located near the vicinity of a lot of premium hotels, Gargee Grand is comparatively easy on the pocket for both lodging as well as hosting events. The restaurant serves good quality and a wide range of food. It also has a coffee shop that serves beverages and snacks and offer breakfasts. The rooms are big and spacious. It is definitely an upscale restaurant with relatively high priced rooms than many other restaurants in the vicinity. It offers chic rooms & suites in an upscale property offering 2 international restaurants, a gym & a pool. The space for car parking is very less. But all other facilities make it up for it. The reception area is very beautiful and spacious with well courteous staffs. The food is also good. Overall this hotel is sure to provide you with a grand stay. And it definitely worth the money.

Good hotel in Patna. Swimming pool is good. Food is average compared to its price tag. Staff are friendly though. The roof top restaurant falaknuma is good with live music.

To small rooms. Though the room I stayed is Deluxe superior but it’s as small as a double bed in room. The food is good but costly for Patna standard. The better options are available.

My cousin's wedding took place in this hotel. Staffs were typically rude; service was pathetic; food was as cold as ice; and, floors were as dirty as typical railway platform. I wonder how come this hotel is generally regarded to be upscale place. I have heard that this is a three started hotel. I cant help laughing. I would advise you to book this hotel only if you have unnecessary money.

A good place to stay. They are located in the center of city, with hospitals and other facilities nearby. The rooms are nice and comfortable, but May be improved more with little more space. Their buffet breakfast has a wide spread of delicacies and is also good In taste. Their lunch menu is just ok. Don’t opt for a two meal plan from their room tariff as its not worth. Their front office desk are extremely helpful and have a warm hospitality.

The most pathetic service you can get served is at Gargee Grand. I had a different feeling about this hotel but after yesterday's encounter, I would say it's just pathetic and way more horrible.
No literate staffs, no smooth lift service, no cooperating managers, they would start telling you before they listen, room no. 708 is as big as my washroom and also the slide door of this room's washroom hangs on ur head so u can only wear safety kits to save yourself.

This place was very modern and aptly decorated for the event. The buffet was fusion of east and west. Some really continental preparation made the cuisine sumptuous.
The lighting was little less otherwise it would've brightened the place more and I had rated it 5*.
