The Jamun Tree

Best stay in muzzafarpur.
Room is neat and clean staff is co-operative.
Food quality is also good.

I went to had chat there and it was tasty, however I could not find value for money in terms of quantity… the quality was very less … kindly look in to it.

Travelling for work purposes for the past five years. However, that was the first time the manager of the front desk requested payment for a tip. Incredibly creaky. Unable to respond to any inquiries. Taken about twenty minutes to check in. Untrained dude. The room was spacious, though. The air conditioner isn't operating correctly. Had an odur.

The property and hotel is good for marriage and other family functions. Owner and staff are very co-operative. They were prompt to all our complaints and attended each and every issue professionally. Thumbs-up.
Charges they took from us was inline with what was agreed at the time of booking. Not a single penny extra.
Excellent rooms and food quality they provided was just awesome.
Highly recommended.

We had booked the Jamun Tree Hotel for our wedding, but there were a lot of issues.
When we made our reservation, his staff talked clearly and assured us that they had excellent cuisine, excellent service, and a good team of this and that. However, he hasn't lived up to our expectations.
.
It was a half-caterer deal, and we were expected to supply the raw materials, cylinder and disposables.
1-for the list of raw materials Even after I made at least ten trips to the property, it remained unfinished. Untrained group. Poor management.
2. According to the agreement, the property was half responsible for providing the catering and crockery. However, when I asked the server if there was a dinner spoon when our friends were eating, he responded, "Abhishek sir, mana kiye hai, hamare pas nahi hai. "
3. All of our guests are here and waiting for high tea, but at nine o'clock at night, Abhishek Ji, the so-called chef, is busy boiling noodles. Although only the chat counter opens at 7 p. M. High tea is scheduled to begin at 7 p. M. ; coffee is served at 8 p. M. Soup at 8.30 p. M. And some are at 10 p. M.
4. He won't bother to wait for your guests to receive their plates if you ask for extra plates or consume the minimum guarantee. Instead, he will stop serving and demand payment. Very cheap owner.
5. All of our leftover raw materials are being brought to the restaurant by one of his employees. That raw material was observed by my uncle in the restaurant early in the morning.

We arranged a wedding event here. The staff and owner are extremely helpful. The event went on very smooth and we were quite happy with the amazing hospitality that the whole team provided us. Food provided by them was very good. As promised by them, the wedding function went on to be very good.

This is the worst hotel in Muzaffarpur for organising functions or events. We regret choosing this location as my sister’s wedding venue.
There are series of events which made me so mad about this hotel. First things first, everyone in this hotel let it be the employer or the employee, everyone is rude to the customers. This hotel is overly hyped for it’s food but that was also of the cheapest quality I ever witnessed in my whole life. They deliberately cut off the power supplies to the banquet and abruptly stopped catering services just cuz the last batch of payment was paused due to reached limit of our relevant payment methods. When we called owner for help (as said by himself), he switched off his phone like a shameless person.
The most basic thing of a hotel is its hygienity. They had a smelly washroom, bedrooms filled with mosquitoes, clogged drainage systems in their balcony. When we switched on the AC, the water started leaking from it and created a muddy environment in the balcony. When we complained to owner regarding this he shamelessly asked “why do u have to go to the balcony? ”. When we asked to the receptionist (night duty) to provide us with a mosquito liquidator, he ignored our call for more than an hour and at last when one of us had to visit him in person, at almost 2:00 AM, he said “We do not operate this late and u should check time before asking for anything”.
Their resources are very limited.
