Great place to visit and spend time with the family. Ms Kalyani was really supportive and much appreciated to the other team members also.

The location of the hotel and service was extremely good. It’s right on the European Street and you may enjoy the ambience of the studio.

Overall good experience since it is inside Europian street of Ramoji Film City. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, they provide conveyance to another hotel (Hotel Tara).

The reception and the hospitality. The receptionists (Kalyani and Rupesh) are awesome and they are helpful. We just reached there without planning. But they guided with perfection which we followed and thoroughly enjoyed.

We are satisfied with the Shantiniketan. The staff were too good and caring. Nice experience n nice stay.

Deep freezer wasn’t working.
Locker was working only once with our own code. Again n again need to change the password.

I’m staying at Ramoji Film City Shantiniketan 507, and I must say the room service and all the staff are the best very humble and polite 😇. Best stay ever with amazing service and employees. It feels so safe because of them they are available 24x7. Thanks to them for making me feel like home. 5 stars to them!

Locker is to be given in room. Pay per day at reception isn't standard in hotels.
