My wife and I booked a room at Palm Resorts for a night halt during our journey from Anini to back home in Guwahati.
The Palm Resorts was absolutely superb in terms of everything from location to ambience to service to food.
Highly recommended.

Located at a prime location at NH 2 near Tinsukia by-pass. We had one night stay on our way back from Arunachal to Guwahati. Room is spacious with all facilities. Food quality good & staff are well mannered. A beautiful garden in front with colorful blooms. A swimming pool at the backside & atmosphere is very serene. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I recently had an incredible stay at Palm Resort, and it is easily the best resort I’ve visited in Tinsukia. Everything from the tasty food to the stunning location was top-notch, making for a truly memorable experience.
What really sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their guests. I want to give a special thanks to Shubham at the reception. At 11:00 PM, I urgently needed some diebetic medicine after most shops had already closed. Shubham went completely above and beyond to personally arrange it for me from outside.
It’s rare to find that level of dedication and hospitality. Keep up the amazing work, guys! I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms were clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent — the staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location is beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.
Overall, everything from the hospitality to the facilities was amazing. I would definitely recommend Palm Resorts to anyone looking for a great stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

Comfortable, clean hotel with good food. Only down side is 300m walk to the seperate bar for any alcohol. Helpful, friendly staff.

The best place to feel refreshed and a most beautiful ❤️ resort in Tinsukia district. You can not compare this place with any other hotel here. Spacious room. Friendly staffs and well trained front desk.

Excellent hospitality with very polite and attentive staff. The room was neat, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. The calm and peaceful environment made the stay truly relaxing. Highly recommended.

A very spacious resort with a big open area, perfect for a day out with friends, family and loved ones. The behaviour of the staff is good and welcoming. Complimentary food was provided and the prices are reasonable for the experience. It’s a great place for babies and children to play safely. Ample parking space is available. Located on the outskirts of Tinsukia, making it peaceful and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful place to spend quality time.

We had booked two rooms for one night, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned—floors were dirty, walls had cobwebs, and to our astonishment, one room was allotted with the previous guest’s undergarments still left in the washroom. After we complained, the room was changed, but this should never have happened in the first place.
We also ordered continental food, which was below average and poorly prepared; we honestly couldn’t even figure out what the chef had made.
To make matters worse, most of the staff displayed a poor attitude and lacked basic hospitality and professionalism.

Since I went there for dinner and must say that the outside ambience is lovely especially the lighting and water fountain show. Plenty of space for parking and a hassle free experiance of dining there.
In context to the food and service — you will not find it an issue and might end up the evening with a pleasant feel good factor. Food is lovely with all in-house spices and less artificial and presentation is ok. Prices are really reasonable.
Back end of the piece is that it will be more of an exhilarating experiance once the NH 4 laning of the road is completed.

Very pretty place. Lots of places to just walk around. Bar is pretty from inside. Most amazing is they serve liquor outside in their garden. Good for clicking photos.

To start with the place, the place is beautifully maintained with greenery everywhere. The property is quite beautiful. We went there for lunch. We ordered mocktails, navratna pulao and punjabi mutton keema. The food was delicious however, the mocktail wasn't good according to the price charged. The staff behaviour was warm and welcoming. Seating was comfortable and service was prompt. Overall a great experience 👍

Conveniently located along the High, this property extends excellent services for any long route traveller. They have good rooms, good restaurant and good washrooms—way better than any properties en route. The service is good and fast, with the staff friendly and professional. There is ample parking facilities on the property for your vehicle, even if it is a camper one. For those who would like to relax down after a tiring drive, they serve beverages that lift your spirits as well.

We recently hosted a family get-together after my brother’s wedding, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations—especially considering the premium per-plate pricing. While the food was acceptable, the service was extremely slow and the staff seemed inattentive throughout. We constantly had to call the waiters just to get dishes served to our guests, which was embarrassing for us as hosts.
Despite the chef giving us a long assurance about quality when we confirmed the booking (and we didn’t even negotiate on price), neither he nor the banquet captain was present when it actually mattered. On top of that, the AC wasn’t functioning, making the atmosphere even more uncomfortable.
Overall, it was a very poor experience and absolutely not worth the cost. I would not recommend this venue based on our experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms and common areas were spotless, showing great attention to cleanliness. The food was also delicious. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, good service, and great surroundings. Highly recommended!

Food was great. Ambience good. Except one person (male) attendent, rest all were professional and very helpful. Just this one guy, he is rude with everyone. DJ at bar was bad (has no idea when to change track). Choice of music is bad. But overall great experience. Just improve the music and DJ. And the dance floor needs to be little big, it gets crowded soon.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the restaurant and bar of Palm Resort. The staff behavior was extremely poor, and the overall service was far below expectations. From delayed responses to a lack of basic courtesy, everything about the service was disappointing. Definitely not recommended—I won’t be returning.
