We were fleeced in this hotel charging us ₹5500/ — per night in New Complex (with buffet meals)! Although the rooms are tidy but definitely can not be classifieds as Luxury Hotel. It's just a better budget hotel. The rooms in main hotel is worth not more than ₹2000/ — and the dingy New Complex not more than ₹1500/-. They're taking advantage of drop in quality of earstwhile Fern Hotel.

Nice place good food. Need to improve a bit on ambiance in family restaurant. Rest all good.

Hi I went Tezpur with my family for a vacation tour. Believe me it was so nice experience. Hotel is neat and clean. Awesome ambience. Bathroom and toilet was also very clean. In fact my family is very interested for one more trip just only to stay at this hotel. I give five stars to this hotel. Owner of the hotel is very friendly. Right from Receptionist to the security in charge all are very polite, gentle and helpful.

Excellent rooms, spacious and every thing looks brand new. They have 2 buildings, one has standard rooms and the other has premium rooms. Both type of rooms are equally good. Staff is courteous, well maintained hotel. The food is great and complimentary breakfast is served in the room. Conveniently located Just 1.6 km from railway station and 11km from Tezpur airport.

I went for dinner. It was open till late and had a good meal. I had fried rice with a chicken curry. The fish fry was exceptionally good and crispy.

I've known this place from my childhood. I've attended a great many events in that hotel and I must say that I've always appreciated their services. It remains beautifully decorated and hygiene is well taken care of. Plus the food is delicious and the staff members are very kind. It is indeed a popular spot for visitors in Tezpur.

I only once went there to eat. The place is nice, very clean. The vibe is good too. The main thing about our trip was that the food was very good which should be, after all it's a restaurant. I will review the living space once I get to live in one of their rooms. I will recommend it for the food. A bit pricy though.

There was no place for the driver. Instead of a dormitory he was given a banquet hall. Why would you disrespect somone just because he is a driver? Needles to say, we opted against staying there.

It was a pleasant stay for the night in Dec, 2012. The room, lobby, reception, dining, bar all were very nice. Loved the free breakfast, though it was spartan. The staff were courteous & helpful. The parking was a few plots behind, that was no problem.

Well it's a very quaint place. Nice live music at times. But other times music might be loud and crass. But all in all food and drinks are good but they come at a price… a really hefty one.

I went there on an family event. It was the birthday of one of my younger cousins. We reached there at around 6:30. And my first impression of the place was overall great. The infrastructure was quite good and staff was very friendly. We the hall was quite spacious and they were serving starters, they tasted fine and definitely could have been better. The people serving the food were friendly and helpful and so was the manager. The main course could also have been better. I would give food-3, staff-4 and place-4.

Ambience is Good But the Food was quite horrible. We ordered Chicken Bharta with Cheese nun. I have not tasted such bad Chicken Bharta and also the nun had no cheese. The chicken was kind of stinking too. Salt content was too less. Starters was somewhat Okay. Will have a second thought if needed to visit someday in the future. Not at all satisfied.

This is a review of their restaurant Maihang. A frequent haunt. Courteous, helpful staff. Delicious food. Price is not over the top. Love the ambience every time.

I loved everything about the hotel and the room. The room had all the facilities and features that a good hotel room should have, and much more. Comfortable beds, pillows (which is really important for me), ample space, lots of counters to keep your things, fridge, big TV with lots of channels, AC. And the wardrobe had this really nice feature — a pullable compartment in which you can keep your luggage, and use it from right there rather than keeping it on the ground. The bathroom is top class — no second thought about that. Now about the hotel itself — the restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious, the hotel's got a bar, conference hall, banquet hall, there's a supermarket right in the hotel building, the hotel's also got it's own gift shop. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anybody who's looking for a comfortable stay in Tezpur.

The best hotel at Tezpur. U feel nice once u check in. The Visual Mart above it is also an advantage.

A very well built n maintained 3 star hotel in Tezpur town have all the modern facilities n amenities of today's world spa hair saloon unisex, Restaurant coffee shop ice cream parlour, full fledged dedicated bar, restroom Banquet hall conference room open air barbecue services (on demand) flower n gift shop well maintained rooms. Parking lot with parking staff. Etc. Nice clean rooms good support staff centrally located.

Overpriced as per the services. Even after GST they will apply several taxes. Room and food is good but their services and management would piss you off. No proper management for contacting different services from hotel room. They will ask you to dial so n so no. For water, coffee or any damn service. Pathetic place.

This has to be my favourite restaurant for more then 8 years now it has good food good hygiene a 3 star restaurant a bar and good rooms… It also has an saloon and a flower shop… With a coffee shop… The parking over here is free.

Its a good and safe place, krc is a three star restaurant, and there is a shoping mall in this building too.

The first thing you'll probably notice once you enter the hotel is the wonderful ambience. The place really lives upto the 3-star mark and will not fail to provide you with a memorable experience. The staff are fully professional with good behavior and really helpful. The food is not overpriced and its so scrumptious that it will surely make you visit this place again. Good food and there is a saloon inside hotel. Problem with the lift. The door doesn't closes and you have to go in any open lift which is an accident waiting to happen. The rooms are really nice.

Very cool and good service of this palace … Its a real palace.

I am from the local, so never did happend to stay there. But have conducted many parties, family dinners or just casual home delivery. The staff is cooperative definitely. As I am a old costumer here, I can say that these days their food quality is little bit going down, but don't misunderstand, they offer a decent quality of food in whole tezpur. The price is fair with their services. They even conducte the best party in whole tezpur. Their staff is good. Been experiencing the hotel for so many years, I can definitely tell you that you will enjoy the stay here. And for the lovers of shopping, I have to point out that "vishal" is in the same building. So enjoy shoping and the stay too…!

Nice hotel for stay and food in Tezpur town. Great hospitality.

My preferred staying location during my Tezpur trip. Kind of 4 star catagory hotel for a B class city. Try to take rooms in right side to enjoy great Brahmaputra river views. Take note when you ask for some discounts during final billing, guys in the reception often apply the tax than give discounts (10-15%).

Every thing is good but not enough parking you should make sure that in you hotel you make a parking area.
