Hotel Centre Point

This hotel is a complete disaster. The lift wasn’t working and no one bothered to fix it or even inform us properly. The rooms reeked of a foul smell, like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The AC was straight out of the 1990s—completely broken and useless.
Bedsheets and pillows were filthy, full of stains, and clearly unwashed. I had to sleep using my own clothes as a cover because I couldn’t bring myself to lie on that bed.
The food was terrible, absolutely inedible. And to make it worse, the so-called “complimentary breakfast” which was promised at 7:30 AM was finally served at 8:30 AM. No apologies, no explanation, just complete ignorance.
Staff is unresponsive and seems like they just don’t care. Nothing about this place meets even the bare minimum standard. Avoid at all costs.

Worst food, never visit here. My friend and I got severe food poisoning after eating here. The hygiene is very poorly maintained, you'll realize it as soon as you step into the restaurant. The bathroom stinks, worse than a gutter. Food is bad, too much masala & oil was used. I had to use tissue paper to wash off the butter from naan.
To the owner: are you paying my medical bills? I couldn't go to work, sitting in the bed all day and our food poisoning has no sign of improvement.

An absolute delight! The flavors were perfectly balanced. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!
We had tawa roti paired with rich, creamy butter paneer, flavorful dal fry, and perfectly spiced butter chicken.

Food is not that good… Waiter starts to collect the dishes before you complete your food… Need to train the waiters.

Love the food of the place.
The ambiance of the place is amazing and they surve the food hot and flavorful.
I will definitely gonna revisit the place again for the food only.
They have ample amount of Parking space which is a great point.

Very bad experience… very old amenities installed not updated their is not lift facilities interior is very pathetic. Not a comfortable stay, waste of money. Lights is not proper. Bakws. When I reached in property time was around 1 pm and that time room was not ready I have to approx 30min for room. At night TV was not working I asked in reception to send someone to resolve this but you can't belive that they will take more than one hour to reach my room in 1st floor. One hour they don't even response properly. After one hour one guy came and fix the problem. They took more than one hour from reception to 1st floor room. Guys plz don't go it's full waste of money.

Horrible room with blood splash TV remote broken switch board broken. The pillow was that I didn't explain the condition of the pillow bed sheet and also had spots all over the bed sheet that didn't give soap and all ac remote not ac condition is very bad and smells and they asked for change the room twice a day it's really a pathetic hotel I ever seen and some reviews r done by their members beware of this and if you stay in this hotel check all of the above. They charged me 1900 plus gst.
Location was good for shopping.
Parking is good.
I suggest that you don't go to this hostel HOTEL CENTER POINT TEZPUR.

Hotel Aidirya Centre point is one of the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen, it's bathrooms are dirtier than public toilet. SERVICES personal are not professional, the managerial syaffs are not helpful. My experience with them is unimaginably bad. Though the cleaning boy tried to help, but he is not trained so that poor guy was running around.
The bathroom basins, toilets were not cleaned after last use by someone.
Towels are also very dirty, definitely people will get skin disease if they use the towel.

I have booked the Hotel Aditya centre point for my daughter's birthday party on 24.04.24,
I reached the banquet hall in time and found the bathroom and basins adjacent to hall are dirtiest, the hall was not. Clean, the hall was smelling like public toilets in 90s. The hall was also smelling like damped room.
The food and starters were served much late and of worst qualify.
No one there for supervisin/coordinating the catering service.
While taking the contract they were polite and assured all kind of service but in reality it was just opposite.
It's was a worst nightmare, I hope no one will plan any kind of party or function in that hotel. It might be good once upon a time, now it's a worst hotel in tezpur.

Great experienceed. The hotel location is top notch. And resturant Tiffins has a variety of crusines and chicken bharta is finger licking.

Those who are reviewing this hotel positively from a room and hospitality perspective definitely haven't tried alternative options. I just feel that this place is running purely based on a legacy, that will run out soon. The rooms, and fixtures need upgrades. The staff, barring the ones who bring your food (room service) could be friendlier. But overall I feel like, the owners don't really care and it trickles down to the way the property is, and that these reviews don't matter. The photos I am sharing are of things that can be improved. Perhaps I am expecting too much for a room worth Rs 3500? Or Am I?
