Borail View Regency

The food was very good. Especially the level of service delivered by the staffs among whom some of them needs special mention namely — Omar, anupama who have created an ambience that felt homely. I must suggest to must visit place in Silchar.

Fantastic stay! First of all, the food was very, very tasty and delicious. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I went to the restaurant bar — the millennium we waited for 2 hrs, item that was served was super cold on top of that the waiter blamed it on us for changing table which was done after asking them first. Frustrated I asked to clear the bill, to which the waiter even threatened me telling me that I am localite here and can see you outside. He refused to tell me his name but in the bill steward name is SHAHRUKH and cashier name written is JAYANTA BIHARI DAS. I request the relevant authorities to please take action so this action is not repeated tarnishing the image of the hotel.

For the last 3 years, my family have been a regular customer of Borail View Regency, especially when we visited Silchar for our private business. This hotel has been the first choice for our stay in the town as its food items, the rooms, and especially the services to the guests have been excellent. I must mention the names of a few members of the staff —
I) the Cheff MINTOO who took a special care of our family dinner items (which were all of mouth-watering tastes) even by visiting my room which usually is in the 1st floor (studio room).
Ii) Supervisor — Mujibur, Room Attendents — Jumki, Seema-Uma, Sabitri, etc. Who were really good in not only in keeping the room tidy but also in looking into our needs timely.
Iii) the Restaurant Staff, Ashu Das, who served us promptly by bringing our ordered dinner items without much delay. He even brought extra table so that my family could enjoy the dinner comfortably.
I am looking forward to staying again in Borail View Regency in the future.

The hotel generally never disappoints. Had a comfortable 2 nights stay. Overall good but this time had faced few issues. There are stains in the toilet seat. Better cleaning required and better quality toilet stain removal clening agent should be used. Having clean toilets is important. Also had ordered a peanut masala. It had sand in it. Some ingredients may not hve been washed well. Rest food is good. Service is very good. Clean comfortable room.

I travel once a month to Silchar and prefer staying at this place for the service, rooms and location. However the last stay yesterday has turned into a disaster. We were served watermelon as cut fruit. I did consume a few pieces but found them to be stale and old. I raised the concern with the reception who then contacted the concerned personnel. They told that the fruits cut were fresh. However the taste and smell was quite bad. My mistake of consuming the fruits has led to me having a case of severe dysentery and unnecessary trouble.

Loved the food, ambience and prompt service at Spice Garden on Feb 15 evening. Special mention for Gautam Das who helped us coordinate a seamless family gathering.

Awesome experience. Really loved the stay here. Big clean spacious rooms. Food quality was great too. Parking was enough to keep the customer happy. Almost in the heart of the Silchar town. Will surely visit again.

I tasted chicken biriyani which was umm and the guy who introduced as a captain is too Good and helpful which I believe customers will be highly feel like home.

Excellent stay. Rooms spacious and good behavior the food was fine and qualitative. Location is near main market. Reasonable price.

The service provided by Susmita Roy was impressive. She is cooperative. Lastly we had a good experience.

If want you want sound Sleep then don't book room at this hotel… There is a huge sound polution from there banquet or other hall.

The hotel had a new look after its renovation. The rooms had good space and were tidy. The food was good. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of items. The staff, especially those in the reception, were very courteous. There is a gym as well. Overall excellent experience.

Good location, Beautiful atmosphere, Clean toilets, high standards of hygiene. Best food and best taste available at best rates. I enjoyed a lot.

Everything about this place is so good. The taste of food, the calm and bright atmosphere, the quality of service. The service personnel are very welcoming and hospitable.
