This place is beautiful ❤ Nice beds, foods are best. Staff are polite. Service is good.

Very Bad staff and bad behaviour of Manager. Water problem as well have many issues staff untrained food quality not good. Most horrible experience pls try another hotel don't waste your time and money here.

Very nice experience. Safety cum security. Housekeeping services needs to be improved. Good place to stay for couple for 1 to 3 days. Hotel amenities are as expected from a 3 star hotel. Good ambience.

The place is good, but there is no market nearby. The room windows have curtains but they compromise on privacy. How can a hotel have room windows facing windows of other rooms of the same hotel. That, I think is weird. No sunlight, no exhaust, that shud be arranged.

I had visited this place 4th Jul 18 with my office colleagues, we opted for the buffet lunch. Below was my experience point wise 1. The mint chutney was stale and there was white fungus, but the waiter still told that it is fresh, but after pointing him again he agreed to it. 2. Flies were everywhere in the food on the table, pics are shared here to see. 3. I asked for vanilla ice cream which the waiter recommended not to eat as it was not good, as they keep other items with the ice cream, and it had fell in the vanilla ice cream. It is so far the worst experience ever.

Rooms were stinking. Food I will rate 5 stars because of variety of menu and also excellent preparation.

Hotel is good for stay. But, breakfast service is very very bad… Food items are too much costly…

Good one. Pros: Very neat and clean. Good food. Nearby isbt. Cons: Need to change their hotel policy. So, people can book extra packs easily. A lot of mosquitoes outside the room.

Congrats for giving me and my team a horrible and worst experience. I never had such a bad experience with hotel service. Room service is very poor. On the name of reception they have no one who can understand your query and help you out. Quality of food is very very poor. In morning breakfast they are serving tea in plastic glasses. Please think 100 times before you decide to visit this place.

Budgetary hotel, on the main highway. Ample parking space. 24 hrs hot water, good restaurant. Room service. Good place to stay 2-3 days also. Early morning chanting from east Tirupati temple just opposing hotel. Clean place.

Good and clean rooms, well air conditioned. In hotel restaurant is also good. Booked it through Oyo, the rooms had to be good. I'm not sure how they are when you book it directly.

Room is pretty spacious and looks luxurious with very courteous staff and good food. Really loved the stay. Would definitely recommend it to others. :)

Its a nice place for few days. Place is between airport and main city. So if family is planning to stay, think twice. Rooms were nice and staff was fiendly, bathroom cleanness was average. (there is no exhaust fan inside washrooms). If you are planning to shop and roam around I wont recommend this place.

Good service good food clean hotel in Guwahati. But the roof is too close. Tall people may collide.

An okay hotel with good interiors, at least on the ground floor. Decent restaurant with good quality Indian food. Rooms are neat and clean, though with a short ceiling. Not much of view from the room barring the view of distant hills, greenery and stadium as a distance. In the winter of December, my room did not get hot water (probably an one of case as my colleagues dint have this problem). What was annoying was that despite reporting the problem, the manager sounded and acted indifferently. The supporting staff boy was helpful in getting the hot water. Overall not a great service experience.

Located on the highway, very easy to reach, just beside the bus station. Place has a good decor and prices are a bit on the high side.

A nice hotel with a good room service. The food was tasty along with buffet breakfast but need some more menu inclusion in breakfast. Located in a nice place without any hustle bustle of the traffic and crowd. Ola and Uber serve the hotel anytime. Really I liked the room too. The only cons was charging of mini bar of Rs. 500/ — just for packet of frooti and 2bottle mineral water. Just useless.

This is a horrible hotel. The staff does not have any idea of hospitality. When we checked in there was no towel, water to drink or tea and milk sachets in the room. The breakfast was poor with hardly any choice. The staff is poorly trained.

I have stayed in this hotel to attend one wedding. Location of hotel (only if you are not staying in the city) and food is awesome. I will consider this hotel, if I will visit the city again.

A good place to stay. Great staff with good service. Food is tasty. But rooms are low in height. Also don't expect any good views. All you get to see is construction work going on. But a good place to escape the hustle and rush from the city. Loved the experience altogether. Kudos to the staff.

I had an horrible experience with the manager. Even after having booked a room ahead with OYO the manager denied me saying that there was no room available that too at 2 am in the night, then I had to make calls and all after that only he gave us a room and the behaviour and the attitude of the manager was very very unprofessional and horrible. Other than the manager the hotel was good and the rest of the staff were polite.

Excellent stay here at cheap price. Semi luxury at cheap price, well maintained and clean room, nice behaviour of staffs, tasty food (price is little high). But there are little demerits, which doesn't matter such as, its located on NH-17, little far from main city.

A good hotel. The staff is friendly and complaints are resolved quickly. The food though bit pricy tastes good. They even have differently able friendly rooms on the ground floor. Only downside is that rooms have no view. There are windows that open nowhere. Stayed here for almost a week on business trip.

Good place to stay. It's near ISBT bus stand. But room service is not good. We need to ask 5 times for water.

Amazing hotel on the national haighway no 37 Guwahati. Amazing room, and the view is so preferable. Neat and clean, well maintained, bathroom is just superb and the overall room is totally cozy and peaceful.!

Rooms are very small, ceiling is very low (about 6 feet in height only) and fans on ceiling made it very risky if someone just raises hands normally or some child is standing on the bed. Washrooms were clean and staff is very cordial which is the only saving grace. In the front of hotel there is highway, in the sides and back construction work is ongoing so no good view is present.

This hotel is in outskirts of city. Around 25 km from airport and 12 km from main city. Rooms are very small. Also height of room is only 6 ft. So if you stretch your hand may possible you might hurt your hand from fan :-p. Its not worth to spend 2000+ for such hotel. Only good point is staff is good. So this 2 star is only for staff behavior.

Calm and quiet beautifully designed, location wise ideal, neat and clean place, having proper lift facility. Restaurant is quite good and staffs are too much helpful. We enjoyed here our best.

I had a horrible experience in this hotel. I had stayed at the hotel with my family & had dinner there. After eating the food my younger son vomited at night & thereby the bed sheet & bed cover were stained with little bit… and you what the hotel staff made me purchase the bed sheet and pillow cover at rs 3000/ — saying that the vomiting stains wont go away. I pleaded with them that firstly my son vomited because of your food & secondly vomiting stains was easily washable but they would have none of it & made me to buy the bedsheet & pillow cover forcefully… This hotel is horrible.

Hotel is good. Budget hotel, you expect some glitches in services, like soap and shampoo is less than ordinary. Apart from these, no toiletries available. Only 500 ml of water is free. Food is good. Location is not prime. Staff is humble. Rest all is good. Linen, T. V. Cleanliness all good.

Hospitality is very good, nicely maintained premises. However some improvement is required in food front. Overall nice place to stay.
