Great place to get relaxed and leisure moments with your loved ones or may be sometimes in solitude. The resort is British era built (but, maintained and improved based in modern amenities). The rooms, bar, path ways, golf grounds etc are all British styled. It's all take a little rain and mist, which turns the views around will make you take a really leisure deep breathes. I found this place as mostly popular among foreign travellers or groups (British, Japanese mostly). A couple of days back only, I stayed there during my official visits for tea garden related field activities. I found a bus filled with Japanese aged professors came for having relaxed times in this Indian countryside. Must come to this place. Bookings are available from MakeMyTrip, Yatra etc.

Best choice for peoples interested in playing Golf. The resort have limited rooms. The food is not so delicious but the landscaping is just awesome. The rooms are clean. The room service is not good. Overall its good choice for staying 1 night there.

For Golfers this place is awesome. Sunday can be enjoyed with free lunch. Well maintained outfield. Sports room, bar facilities also there.

A very scenic and well maintained resort, good for a weekend get away. Located amidst beautiful tea gardens, very peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of city, good for relaxing and re energising. Good place for photo opportunities. The golf course is a well maintained 18 hole course and a pleasure to play on. The greens are consistent and true and the fairways are well maintained, but little narrow. Worth the trip to play in such a lovely course.

Excellent place for an outing… Affordably priced, good food, service was good as well. Ample recreational items to choose from. Clean and green surroundings. A perfect place for a weekend outing with family or friends.

Superb n serene place among tea gardens n golf course. Frequent power cuts, though restored by power back up within minutes was little of a bother. Food was superb n services excellent. Mobile network was poor… may be a blessing in disguise.

A pretty good place to spend some time away from the busy and monotonous city life. Well equipped with a restaurant and a bar (if you are visiting for the day). Cottages are available and well furnished with necessities for family stays. However on weekends (especially in Sunday) the place becomes congested, due to higher footfall. The recreational space should be expanded!

Place is good but the staff, hospitality and food is worst. Sunday buffet is priced at Rs. 650 and they serve only 7 items. The buffet is not even worth hundred rupees. Food is not at all tasty. No sweets, no desserts, no starters. I don't recommend this place. Moreover they charge 200 rupees for DSLR camera. Drinks are not served in the lawn area. Staff is very rude. Overall very bad experience.

It was really soothing and spacious. It had a lot of places for other activities as well. Food was good and location is beautiful.

A very picturesque location. One has the double advantage of seeing a tea garden and benefits of a resort facilities. One should not miss this place if you are in holidaying in Assam.

A lovely resort located in a remote area with lush green full golf course. Kitted with Pool table, veg and non veg buffet including local food, paid Wi-Fi, free open and safe parking, surrounded by vast tea gardens, good soothing scenario, beautiful landscape, bar, peaceful place for a weekend with family and friends. Also have reception, advance booking, bell boys, air conditioned accommodation, clean drinking water, smoking area.

Probably most beautiful place to spend a day in Jorhat. Situated in the middle of beautiful tea estate. There is a cover charge of INR 200 at the entrance of the resort which will be adjusted with food and beverage bill.

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful location facing a Golf course, set amidst lush tea gardens. A nice club like atmosphere, Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Dining room and Bar are a short walk through a lovely path along side the practice greens and lawns. Food was quite tasty and served in a cozy restaurant. It is about 15 Km short of Jorhat. Choose to stay here away from the hustle and bustle of Jorhat for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Good view good environment… But they charge limitlessly… You have to pay tax on everything… If possible they would even impose tax on breathing.

Everything is good about the place. Only issue is that they dont let you use the swimming pool. Food needs a little improvement.

Nice to visit here. It is an old bungalow of the owner of the tea garden which is than some modifications. With its own swimming pool, golf corse, gym etc.

A hidden treasure amidst the tea gardens of Assam. Ideal place to stay with the family for a long weekend. Serene view from the cottages. Food is average though but the golf course compensates for it. A must for golf lovers.

Great views and incredible property. Swimming pools were not operational. The depth of the pools was too shallow anyways. Outdoor and indoor games made my day! It could be managed better by having more features for the visitors. Price was okay.

Converted Tea Estate heritage bungalow with quaint upscale setting amidst a 18 hole golf course. Warm service but laid back to the point of irritation due to zero management supervision. Spa not fully functional as masseur for female guest's on 5 days leave ( same sex massage only). Yesterday she ran away in 5 minutes at 345pm on my request to do a spa for my companion. Swimming closed due to lack of service. Yesterday no non-veg in the evening as they ran out of chicken. Still one will enjoy the tranquility here and golf, outdoor, indoor games are plusses. Good clean rooms and overall neat experience. Management should be fired for wasting a top class property.

Great place for outing with friends and family. Heritage golf courses and bungalows. It has elegant cottages to stay overnights costing 3000+ rupees. Very charming, calm, maintained and clean. It has a tea garden adjoining to it, green lush greenery all around. Food is average. There is an entry fee of 250 rupees per head which is adjusted in your food bill if you are willing to eat there. Play, click and spend your day. Don't forget to visit the banyan grove and the heritage bungalow just 1.5km away from there.

Just in with a few of my old friends there. My first Experience in this lonely and natural habitat. With Tea Estate all around, the calmness and serenity gives you a feeling of being in the most beautiful part of Assam away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Golf course is nicely maintained. The swimming pool and other indoor sports facilities are there to enjoy. Even the architecture of the Bunglow takes you back to the Days of the Britishers when They ruled these parts. The early morning dew and the fog adds to all of these.

Excellent resort with a warm, friendly staff. The location could hardly be bettered. It's set inside a tea garden and instead of typical, tiny rooms, this resort has individual cottages each of which has a porch, too. Once on the porch, you'll look right onto their well kept golf course, which you can play on if you know how to or otherwise hire a coach and hit the driving range. The food here is very nice, too. Although the menu isn't too wide-ranging, everything they have is mildly flavoured and tastes almost like home cooked meals. The city centre is about 17 km away but that distance shouldn't deter you from staying at this wonderful resort.
