Best hotel for people who love their vehicles, as it offers a very safe, spacious, and covered parking area. The AC works perfectly, and the rooms are very neat and clean.

It was bad experienced in this hotel. The staffs those who are sitting in the reception area so arrogant and misbehave with the guests.
It's worst experienced … I suggest you to see better option.

Very poor services I experienced, the ac of the room was not working, but no customer care, and in the morning regarding breakfast time inwas not communicated or get any call, I went on 10.15 to eat breakfast but the reception boy denied to take me, but they did not inform me the timing. So this is worst service I experienced.

The service was excellent, and everything was well maintained and perfect. I really appreciated their hospitality and dedication.

Never ever stay here, it's horrible,
So dirty and even they don't have the basic facilities like geyser, mosquito repellent, night light.
And the worst part is that their beds and the room's are really so dirty.
Beds are full of bugs.
Bathroom are full o dirt.
Room's are full of mosquito.

My experience at the hotel was very bad. After 11 PM, they lock the gate, and the behavior of the hotel manager is not good.

I have never experienced such bad behaviour from any manager till today. This is the worst service. I will never recommend this hotel.

The service of the staffs are so good they are very co operating even we seem that we are in our home and next time no need to look other places. Whenever we visit Guwahati we will come here.

His first time I booked this hotel. I am highly recommend to all Please don't visit or Booked this hotel. Service is very bad. I stay here 3 days. Not a single day service person came to say to for any service or a glass of water. And one more funny this happen. On my last day the person called me asking that sir aap ne breakfast Kiya it's free. I am shocked that ki ya beark fast bhi milta hai. I told him you should told me first. And you know that today is my last day that's why you are doing formalities. Last 3days bot a single person came to asking for service.
And one more things staff behaviour was very bad. They don't know who th talk with client.
So Please go anywhere but don't come to this place…

Rooms, bedsheets and duvet are very dirty and service is poor. Location is good, though.
