NO COVID PROTOCOLS BEING FOLLOWED Rooms not being cleaned and sanitised properly after check out. Found stacks of used masks in drawers after check in and after repeated phone calls that wasn't put away. Poor service.

Hospitality I must say, appreciable, despite knowing that we hv done duty in isolation ward, wd proper safety measures attended to our needs, ambience good, food ok cleanliness good… overall hoping for a good experience.

The Guwahati Radisson Blu Hotel is simply one of the best hotel experiences I have experienced in this country.
The staff is highly courteous and professional. You can completely count on the excellent staff to take care of all your needs. Although, the price is definitely steep for most people, but since quality asks for price you can rest assured that your stay will be a pleasant one.
The rooms are lavish with smartly integrated features and amenities (however you are not allowed to smoke inside. There are some open spaces and smoke rooms for that purpose). Food is great and room service is ever prompt and ready to take care of any issues at a moment's notice.

I was there for lunch with my family. I would rate food quality as 4. I just think it’s always good to cross check with the guest before clearing the plates. Otherwise restaurant staff was courteous and always checking on us if we needed anything. Especially Ms Sumi, she was amazing. Reception team 3.5, the whole point of being there is not wait for people to approach you but welcome them with a smile and look very approachable. There has to be a difference between a 4 star hotel reception team and a normal reception. I felt the energy was missing. I just felt like I was in an enquiry table.
Right from opening our car door to hotel door, to answering our questions everything went and well and systematic, just that feeling of hospitality was a bit low. Not to put you down but I am writing this to give you a genuine feedback so that management team trains the staff well and the hotel can improve on or service standards.

I have been visiting Radisson blu guwahati for approximately 1.5years now and that too once or twice every month… but my last visit on 10th of September this year I met few very compassionate, generous and amazing people there who not only served food with care but to my surprise they were filled with unconditional love for their guests and their job. Sarting with BULBUL… he is one gem of a person… such a beautiful soul, such a talent he is. He is an asset to your company. Engaging people in his lovely talk and going extra mile so that the guest come again to visit. What a genuine person.
Secondly CHAYANIKA, one if the most adorable and genuine person I have ever met. Helping in almost everything that talk with such a bright smile even after being so tired. Hats off to her. How can one be such a warm hearted. Loads of love for her.
Thirdly, SOURABH… what an intelligent chap. Utlize him for bigger management. Pretty much knows about perfection required with balance. Bless him witb success.
Fourthly the chef TULSHI, amazing food… I have tried almost every thing in vegetarian. But I'll never forget his matar paneer. Just like home. thank you so much guys for making my stay memorable and it was such a learning experience from you all. Being from service industry myself you guys have become my inspiration.

I would definitely like to recommend the hotel not only for it's luxurious services but also for the hygiene and discipline maintained by the team. Love the place.

Good hotel close to the airport. Loved the view behind the hotel. With small hills and tiny water bodies and train tracks. Good courteous staff. Loved the laundry service and the neat hotel rooms. Buffet was quite good and covered a large area with a lot of variety of dishes.

Radissons Blue, Guwahati situated very near to airport, set in a huge lush area. Booked a night there for relaxing weekend, we were offered welcome drinks as we entered and then escorted to our spacious and well decorated room with an amazing view.
Coming to the food now would like to add that they have amazing range of food and breakfast options. We tried their The buffet meals which costed us around Rs 1049 plus taxes, which is extremly good and reasonably priced in compared to Vivanta by Taj. They have a wide selection of starters, drinks, main course and heaven of dessert table starting from pani puri to cheese cakes and more. Although its buffet but the starters were served by the staffs themselves at our own seats. The main course option is hugeee. You get almost every Indian dish possible with little bit of chinese as well, every food has its own taste. And last but not the least the huge dining area with the ambience is amazing. Loved the overall experience. Thank you so much @Jeff for suggesting Radisson Blue which made our weekend Amazing. Thank you once again buddy.

One of the best restaurants in Radisson Guwahati. The ambiance was really cool and the staff was really amicable and quick. The Thai curry served was exceptional and the starters were mouth watering as well. Recommended to enjoy authentic preparation. Deserves a five and to mention the decor it was wonderfully done.

The ambience at the hotel was remarkable along with the competent staff. I visited here for a bite during lunch time. I must say that food was up to the mark but the interiors were even mote mesmerising. I would go there again given the opportunity!

It's a like the food there always taste bland. I mean it looks great but then taste is like food without salt. A luxury hotel serving costly but boring food is something no one expects. I can eat better food at my nearby restaurant so why should I come to this place. The interior design of the place is really good. Someone can go there just to click pictures! just saying! I have been there 3 times and honestly just enjoyed the amenities there.

Radisson Blue Guwahati is the only modern hotel in Guwahati. Situated on Shillong highway, it occupies large tracts of land. About 20 minutes ride from airport in peak traffic. It has 3 restaurants, swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Rooms are large and modern in outlook. Food taste is average tough.

Radisson Blue one of the finest places in the city. Firstly it's the first ever 5 star hotel in the city and I was pretty amazed with the fabulous response and the overwhelming hospitality.
It's been always my perfect ambience place and widest variety of food.
My favourite part of this hotel is the poolside as it's made really well and gives the most relaxing vibes.

A property been developed at the outskirts of Guwahati and near to airport, perfect destination for organizing events and for business coordinate. It's one of the prime location having nice events and with nice rooms. One can enjoy here completely at any time of the day. Staff has courtesy attitude and helping nature. Would give a star extra for that.

I was their last night with my family and friends for dinner at Pan Asia. I found the ambience great, staff extremely gentle and courteous but there is a lot of scope for improvement in food as one of the dishes of prawns I had ordered didn't taste good and it seemed like boiled prawns were just added to a precooked curry. Otherwise, a fine experience.

It is well located both for airport and city work. A large property, usually lively, frequented by players from some league teams. Much to be desired in their restaurant. Neither service nor food meet basic standards. Highlight of food is fresh juice but that's all.

Me and my wife along with our 7 month old child had gone to the NestAsia for dinner, not getting into awful bit of food part, the real cause of this post is the insensitive behaviour of the receptionist at the main desk. After we finished our dinner and were on our way out at 11:30 p. M. My child got hungry. We headed to the reception and enquired for Nursing Room, being informed that the Hotel has no such amenities for the guest, which is still acceptable compared to the subsequent set of events. Requesting a receptionist for secluded area where there were no CCTV coverage, my better half was ushered to an area behind the reception by the duty in-charge and was told that she could nurse the child there, she requested for a chair for herself to sit and feed our son, to which she was replied in a very blatant and insensitive manner, ” Mam it’s the lobby area and no chairs are available, you have to stand and feed him.

They just treat you like a family. I have been to many many hotel in india n abroad but this one tops all Pros:: 10 stars on everything.

Located at the NH37 which was also considered as the bye-pass of Guwahati, this hotel is having a spacious property. Stayed 5 nights for an All India medical Conference. Had a very comfortable & enjoyable stay. All staff right from Check in, Restaurant staff & housekeeping staff were very cooperative & polite. Had visited the parlour too where the person attending, "Lucky" is commendable.

Whenever I have been to Guwahati, stayed here. I like the room comfort aspect. Service is really good, staff as expected is courteous. What's not so good is their lunch and dinner buffet. The breakfast is really good and with healthy options too. So, I prefer room service which is good and you get to order from local specialities. Good food if you get it to room.

I have rated this place with 1 star primarily because of the food I had there. The food served is pathetic. Its amazing how a 5 star property can serve such bad food. The staff is uncourteous, at least majority of them. The waiters who serve there would give you a feeling that he is doing you a great favour by doing his job and you are a pain in his neck because you chosen to eat there.

Radisson Blu guwahati is the best five star destination in North east india. Rooms are very spacious with all the modern amenities. Cafe B-you & Nest Asia both are fantastic options for dining. Hotel also has huge & modern banqueting facilities which also a good destination for meeting & social activities. The other facilities like pool gymnasium spa and business class lounge etc are absolutely perfect.

Radisson hotels provide a high standard across the globe, but this one in Guwahati has even higher. By my opinion it is highly recommended place to stay in north-east part of India. It would be my first choice again.

Nice hotel, with good service and facilities. Staff are friendly and ready to support any request. The All Day dining has a good spread of Indian, Continental, Pan Asian and Regional Northeastern Cuisine adding the Pan Asian restaurant — The Nest Asia with a variety and combination of Asian food — Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai etc. While from the other side of the hotel has a beautiful fresh water lake view which gets the hold of the nature. A beautiful and luxurious Gateway of Northeast :)
