Hotel Om Regency

Rooms are okay (2K room), not bad not very good at reasonable price.
You can get beter rooms at higer price.
Buffet (dinner and breakfast) is included in the bill so perfect for stay.
Food is offered without Ginger&Garlic and taste perfect.
Happy with the stay.

Very bad food. Daily, 365 days they serve you same type of food. No change in menu. The food also bad for health. Excessive oily food with no taste. I stayed 5 days and the food is same menu daily. Govt should take action this type of hotels.

Zero cleanliness… despite reminding them for cleanliness they start playing blame game with us … it is indeed tough to deal with them …
Water doesn’t remain.
Floor cleaning zero.

I would not recommend such hotel at all … charges are comparatively high in terms of services they are giving us.

The service is horrible, the staff is arrogant, rooms have no upkeep or hygine. Some of the rooms are better, than pathetic. Hot water is an issue. The only thing good here is the buffet Buffet, Lunch, Dinner which anyone can avail for 200plus rupees, don't expect service though. Otherwise stay here only if your other choice is the street.

Our experience at Hotel OM Regency was extremely disappointing. One of the major issues was the breakfast timing, which starts at an unusually late hour of 10 o'clock. This is highly inconvenient for travelers who need an early start to their day. While the dinner timing was acceptable, the overall dining schedule is poorly planned.
Additionally, when we checked out early in the morning at around 6:30 AM, we encountered significant problems. We asked the receptionist to assist us in moving our bike out of the parking area, but he was still sleeping. When we finally got in touch with him, his attitude was incredibly rude and unhelpful. This lack of assistance and professionalism was frustrating and unacceptable.
Overall, our stay at Hotel OM Regency was extremely unsatisfactory, and we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Rude, arrogant staff.
Don’t provide hot water.
We checked in at 7am with check out time decided as 3 pm. They charged us full one day rate still again started quarrelling-for more money at 3 pm.
They didn’t provided breakfast, it was there but staff said was so arrogant, and rude that it made me feel like I am being lined up for free food.
Worst place. Disgusting people.

Buffet included, the owner was quite helpful, amenities are average.

In place of sc room given a room in which ac not working… not able to sleep whole night.

Good option while u have plan to visit Kamakhya temple. Just 200m away from temple.

We had actually booked in Sreemoy Inn which abuts the Khamakiya Temple. Due to the Ambubachi festival, they shifted us to this place which is near the main road. Maneuvering vehicle is a tricky issue. Restaurant could have been operational.

Bad experience. Non hygiene. Not maintained properly. Foul smell everywhere. Dirty washrooms. Fake reviews by themselves. Making fool by opening several link to the same hotel. Fab hotel On regency and Om regency 999 all are the same hotel with different links in the Google. Not recommended to anyone. The only pros is proximity to the temple.
