Food is just good. 20% added to the bill if you dine, else they sell liquor at MRP. Very friendly staff.

They told me to cancel online booking and do it offline after cancellation they icreithe prices of the room. The staff is not good and the rooms are not good as the prices comes with no Wi-Fi and hotel in is in the bakward location it smell so bad near the entrance don't book this hotel especially if you are with any female.

At an era where most of the hotelliers treat customers as mere money minting options, I really find Spring Villa to be setting examples as to how a Hotel should provide Quality service at pocket friendly value.
The staff is well behaved and has very good training on Customer Experience maintenance.
Really a good place to ensure a cozy stay at a good location in Guwahati.

Never dare to take a room this place, it will be a night mare for you and your family. We had taken for two rooms and it has full of cockroach, spiders and lizards, I think this place govt have close. He is not having good staff to run this property. We have paid an advance of Rs. 1500, which is not refunded. This hotel owner is just wanted to take money on line and just wanted to show this type room so no one will come and take the room. We lost our money. Then we have to take another home stay to stay toninght. Never pay him the money in advance at all. He will never pick up the call. They are cheaters full.

You had told that we have charged Rs. 4000/. For showing your property. The biggest mistake is that we have trusted your bogus photos you had send us.
Our customer is very important us, that is what we had made immediate arrangements for our guest.
You type of cheats are the rotten face of the tourism industry. Making paid reviews trying to cheat us.
We don't bother about the money Rs. 1500, we had paid to you as an advance. But we bother about our beloved guest who trusted us.
So stop getting money from anyone showing the bogus pictures.
There was nothing below one star I can give you.

The property is just near to the National Highway (closed to Basistha Chariali), convenient for all type of transportation. Rooms were kept neat and clean and well maintained. Staffs are also helpful and polite.

I visited the hotel, as my room was booked through OYO, the hotel staff demanded 3times more money, or else I was not allowed to check in. The staffs are really rude. And they are running fraud business they allow online booking but then ask for more money when you try to check in. This hotel should be banned, their financial statements should be checked by incometax department and weather they are genuine hotel or running some other black business in the name of hotel. Very bad experience.

I booked the hotel on 6th of August 2022 for a night as I was travelling alone and had to stay in Ghy for that day. It was a fully paid booking through OYO. I reached the hotel and the receptionist denied my check in saying the hotel is overbooked. He was very rude and not wanting to help me. This was my experience with them. I don't know whatever the hell they provide inside, but if they treat paid customers like beggars asking for a place to stay I would like to give them some negative stars if I had that option.

Overall it's a very good experience of mine. Staff were friendly, services were good and the rooms along with the bathroom was very clean. A perfect place to live in a low budget… According to the price its best for single person or couple.

Not at all worth the price. No spare bedsheets are provided in the room. When asked, staff replies arrogantly and was hesitant to give one. Rude receptionist. And worst service at this price. However, you get good food there. And it's not at all advisable to stay with children. If you do so, stay at your own risk. Na lift hai na saaman lene wala log. Just horrible experience. Worst!

Good room for the price but there were some mosquitoes in the room where I have stayed which was kinda annoying.
Also the room where I have stayed was little bit dirty on the walls as well as on the window.
I wanted to change but all the rooms were booked so I managed to stay in there somehow.
The room space was good, bathroom, bed, food and all was fine.
I just wanna say that if you guys clean all those things then it will be good for customers.

One can get better room and bathroom facilities at the same price in the same vicinity, bathroom design was very bad, If you was your hand in sink the water drainage was as such that it will passes through your feets, bed was a lot squeeky and slope down in centre. Rest was okay, staff were polite, transport connectivity is good.
