Good interiors, neat, & pleasant rooms and co-operative staff. But the approach to the entrance is intimidating and a turn-off. Reasonable tariffs.

Rooms are good and restaurant are very 3rd class dont go only for food at all.

Service is on the slower side but can definitely improve. The only drawback is the approach to the hotel from the main road e. I. You have to take a sharp turn left if you are coming from Fancy Bazar adjacent to Railway gate no. 3 to reach hotel on a very difficult road next to Railway line.

It was hotel having all good amenities, but it has a draw back location wise, hard to find out if you are reaching there, because people get confused in between hotel mayur and mayur residency.

The hotel location is disturbing due to Railway line nearby. The air-condition in room number 108 is noisy. It makes some sound even on off mode. May be some water pump was used in night. I could not sleep properly due to disturbance and had to be awake after 3 a. M. In the mid night. Service and aesthetic cindittion of the hotel are excellent. Windows if properly sealed would be better to reduce outside noise.

Nice clean property but the entrance is shabby. Food is good and the staffs are helpful.

It's in the interiors of the city, difficult to find. Rooms are really good at very affordable price.

A very noisy next to busy railway line hotel. Even entrance road is not clean and doesnt seem safe.

Its a nice hotel well maintained n v clean.

The rooms are good for staying. The restaurant also is fine with good food. They do have a good banquet hall if you need one. The location is a little shabby and you can hear the noise of trains coz railway tracks are immediately opposite, with a very high frequency of trains.

This is a well maintained and clean hotel. Staff are polite. It is cheaper than comparable other hotels.

This hotel is situated just opposite to the ASTC Bus Stand and very near to Guwahati railway station. We have booked one AC Executive room, and the room was recently renovated. Though the room was not so large, it was clean. The bathroom was clean, and they had hot water supply. They have a veg restaurant. The food is also served in the room. Food quality is very good. They have comparatively long formalities during check-in. We booked through their online booking service which provides a booking voucher to your mentioned e-mail id. After submitting the booking voucher at the reception they will give you two forms to fill them up. They ask for original id proofs of all the adult members to scan them. After that, they call all the group members to get together to take snap through their webcam. All these take around 15-20 mins. Before you proceed to the lift. So, be prepare for this while check-in.

Rooms need renovation. Walls were losing paint basic facilities like television n water supply was bad. Other than need of maintenance the staff n house keeping was good. Food was great.

Rooms are quite clean, ambience is good. The biggest problem is that hotel is adjacent to railway line, very near to station, you will always hear passing by Trains in slow speed, honking. Staff is humble. Price is competitive. Food is good. And yes, they don't accept any cards, so while check in they asked for hard cash as advance, that accounts two third of the room's rent. Now that was not professional. Either you have a POS machine or take the payment at the time. Of check out.

Service is good at affordable price.

Not at all gd they don't have common sense that when two families go together they should be given rooms in the same floor. Even the roms wre empty but they did not give us. Too much formalities No non veg food available. Any other hotel is better than this hotel. Don't get fooled as they tell they have a Wi-Fi in their hotel in the internet but actually the Wi-Fi supports only the reception area.

It was an awesome experience. Room was fantastic, spacious, services were very good and food was yummy. I would like to add, manager (Rajdeep) was very helpful and kind, he is doing great job… All staffs were good. In total I had a great experience. Looking forward to come again…

This is one of the oldest and renowned hotel in Guwahati, Paltan Bazar. Location is very good. All types of communication facilities. AC rooms are good. Non AC rooms are old. Renovation works going on in the floors as per the authority all non ac rooms will be renovated like ac rooms. Staffs are good and strict.

Clean place. Worth the money. There was no hot water in bathroom when I stayed there, but got it on request.
