OYO Flagship 22201 Manmohan Enclave

Rooms are very small and unhinged running water smells like drain water. Beds and room walls are very dirty. They just open for earn money not for customer service.

The receptionist was unhappy since I booked it from Oyo and he didn't get to charge me extra, althoy, he took 1K extra from me for a visitor who only visited for the day even when the price for two guests per night was equal to one guest per night.
Also, the tap was constantly leaking, no regular cleaning.

Really it's a worst experience. Never book this hotel. It's a ridiculous hotel. They charged extra money from every clients. Staff behavior is worst. Rooms are all dirty. AC was not working. Bad smell allover the room. Also rooms are like suspicious. I don't know how hotel agency provide ratings to this kind of hotel. Don't know about their intentions, but overall it's very bad.

The receptionist was not happy with the online booking as due to that they're unable to get extra money. Rooms are not that good. Didn't change the bedsheets, no cartoon or movie TV channels were there even though asked to recharge the TV for cartoons channels only, not at all responsive and polite. Worst stay of my life if I have to say.

A really nice experience. It has all the basic amenities you expect for the price. The staff is nice and the location is great too. The market is on walking distance. They do not have restaurants but you can easily order from swiggy or zomato which I think is better than eating over priced food at hotels. Cutting a star as the geyser didn't work in my room and the staff didn't ask once to clean the room on our 7 night stay. But overall the staff was nice and I had a good experience.

They charged us 700 more than the price we paid in oyo app. The room was good but the bed was squeaky as hell. If you want a bed that makes sound go for it. Tv didn't have any signal, we complained but no response. Food was expensive, more than a 5 star hotel.

Bad experience at this hotel, makes a person very frustrated, booked two rooms online and was asked for extra money by a very rude chappri boy at the reception, talked to oyo customer care twice but still denied check in. After an hour or so was allowed to check in without paying any extra money. Ac was not working and bathrooms are very dirty, bed sheets and pillows smell like someone piss on it. Never gonna stay in this hotel in my life. Not recommended at all.

It was the worst experience I faced ever. First of all I paid complete money through Oyo app and payment ment was done but after reaching the hotel they asked for extra money and told that it's not possible to give a room with in that amount. And again they asked around amount 1000 more and and at the end after so many talks I had to pay extra 700 cz I was already late and I didn't have other options. What's the point of checking the price through oyo app if they charge extra price? So honestly am not going to visit that hotel again and also inside bathroom except shower nothing was working properly. Worst experience ever.

It showed Rs 744 through app but when we reached they asked for Rs 1400. We were tired so we agreed. The room had no TV connection and no light in the bathroom. Then after multiple requests they changed us to another room where the bathroom had no bucket and mug as well as no TV connectivity. Everyone working there is so lethargic and inactive! Worst experience. It was a one night horrible stay.
