Empire Regency

Hotel Empire Regency is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Guwahati. They provided us with clean, hygienic rooms. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. We also had dinner and breakfast. They had variety of options for each meal. Staff and hotel manager were also friendly. If you want to stay in Guwahati, definitely check out this hotel for amazing experience. 😁😁

Amazing hotel, lovely room service, food was outstanding. Rooms are big clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple and tasty. We had a Amazing staying. Highly recommended 😁😁😁

The empire residency hotel in Guwahati has spacious rooms but very bad ACs. We booked 5 business class rooms but the ACs were not working in any of the rooms. Staff came and fiddled with them, set them at 16°C and then within 1/2 hour it closes off. Hot water is for a very limited time for a limited quantity. The food is of very poor quality, burnt rotis, oily and unappetizing. The dining hall has a step near the serving counter where people keep tripping over. I fell over it and hurt my knees and elbows. Overall a place not worth staying in. Especially when you are billed business class rates.

Dont book this hotel if you want best hotel…
I have never stayed in a filthier hotel. The room was crawling with bugs, and the management didn’t seem to care at all. The bed linens were stained and clearly hadn't been changed from the previous guest. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the corners and a layer of grime over everything. It’s a major health hazard. Save your money and your health; do not book a room here.
The staff here is incredibly unprofessional and rude. We waited over an hour for a basic breakfast that was supposed to be included, only to find the kitchen area looking completely unhygienic. The food quality has significantly degraded, and the reception staff is dismissive when you bring up a problem. They are happy to take your money but offer zero service in return. Never again.
"I was deeply concerned by the lack of basic hygiene regarding the food here. It was clear that the kitchen standards are dangerously low. The plates were greasy, the cutlery hadn't been washed properly, and the food itself looked and smelled unhygienic. I wouldn't trust the safety of anything coming out of that kitchen.
"I had a terrible experience with the food quality. Not only was it poorly cooked, but I actually found (mention what you found, e. G. Hair/insects/dirt) in my dish. It is completely unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food in this condition. This is a major health code violation and I highly recommend avoiding this place if you value your health.

I recently stayed at Hotel Empire Regency and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff was polite and helpful, especially during check-in and room service.

Hotel reception is helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean and well maintained.

We stayed for 01 night on return trip from Arunachal Pradesh.
Very near to Kamakhya Devi Mandir and Guwahati Station.
Rooms are very well decorated, toilets are clean, have a big smart TV, window with road view.

Very good hotel with budget friendly price. Hotel staff behaviour, room, location and food is nice.

Smelly and untidy room. Room was smelling witj smoke. Breakfast serve was horrible. It's like they cheated us on breakfast.

We stayed for a night and service was good. They have a food outlet right in front of the hotel and provide good hygienic food. One can also order online or they too have in-house restaurant on the top floor.

Service is good, tasty food. Good hospitality very happy customer.
