I stayed there twice … and each time I got the same warm welcome and hospitality although both the times we came at an awkward timing of early morning around 5 AM. Apart from the clean and polished rooms, Mr Boruah was very good and the food was very delicious. I came with my colleague Mr Gaurav and then 7 months later I came with my wife and son. love the location and place … good and keep it up. regards

Pros Budget friendly Spacious rooms Clean toilets n bathrooms King size bed AC Self cooking at an extra costbof 200bucks for gas charge Near to main road of zoo tiniali traffic point n next to The Guwahati Address Cons Unmarried Couples not allowed (so if ua planning wid ur loved one to spend some quality time this might not be ur ideal stop) No lift, have to climb stairs till 3rd floor. Not suitable for aged parents No in house restaurant (need to go out or order from outside) P. S. The caretaker is a young lad, named Pihu, a very gentle n polite guy.
