Hotel Brindavan

Very nice Hotel for stay and staff are very good, reasonable price, location also very nice, railway station is walking distance.

The worst hotel ever in Guwahati I suggest that no body should come to this hotel not clean, for changing bedsheet and pillow cover we’ve to tell them 100 times as it s their responsibility. The receptionist is very rude he doesn’t know how to behave with his customer…service is very bed👎👎👎

Room rent are high as per room condition … Canteen staff not supportive.
Strongly not suggested to stay…

Managers and staff behaviour is very bad, one bedsheet got damaged a bit which was already of very poor quality, they charged us 500 rupees for it. All I want to say is that I will never go to this hotel again.

Worst service ever had. We stay for one night. Room was clean and good. But room service was slow and pathetic.

Hotel Brindavan paltan bazar guwahati is the most pathetic hotel that I hv ever experienced. No cleanliness, unhygienic bathroom, even they provide torn bedsheet without washing, cupboard full of dust and cobwebs. Apart from all this staff behaviour is the most worse. They cheated me, in single room booking they charged me double room payment at 11pm. Dena he to do nai dena he to nikalo this kind of words they used. Zero hospitality. I would suggest those who looking for room in paltan bazar guwahati should not stay in the Brindavan hotel. Managing team only look for money not the service.

The rooms were pathetic, low grade. Charged me 2500 for a stay from 7pm to 12 pm. They do a blame game on managers and staff. Felt pukish after entering the bathroom. Bedsheets were horribly smelling. It was a nightmare to spend a night there. Over all the rooms are stinkingly dirty. Most importantly the positive reviews are written by the staff or owner himself. Don't go by the reviews.

This hotel was hands down the worst I've ever stayed at; the rooms were incredibly dirty, the staff were unhelpful and indifferent, and the facilities were outdated and broken. Avoid at all costs — the only thing worse than the condition of the place was the lack of basic customer service finally worst experience with this hotel and staff.

Very good behavior staff with great hospitality and in budget friendly rooms.

Bedsheets are dirty bathroom is not clean overpriced compared to the quality.

Thirdclass service, my personal experiece, they dont give service, but they charge money forcefully if checkout time execeed by 15 minuite only I paid 300 for 15 minuite, their greyser is not working, but they hide, pls avoid visiting. I went there to stay for medical purpose apollo still they didnt felt mercy. Hell like.
