The staff are not trained as per hospitality best practices… He kept my pregnant wife waiting in a non AC room for more than 45 mins … First he gave us a room where ac was not working, the worst yet to come the lift was also not functioning in the 3rd floor. I had to raise my voice then they shifted us on another floor … Where ac and fan had no control… I somehow managed that night and checked out NXT morning.

Rooms and food service is good but hospitality is not good.

Worst experience. Dont fall for the pictures shown. The rooms are extensively used and are degraded. Wires were hanging. I checked 4 rooms and all were in the same degraded condion. Most of the Washrooms were damaged. The owner should look into this.

Horrible place… no restaurant, no reception desk, no kitchen, no room service, built in a very dirty surrounding.
Never choose this.

The hotel staff is very rude. They woke me up in middle of day just to change room. Something like 8 guys will come to your door and ask you to leave abd will come to you for fighting because they did not maintain fab booking information or my hotel stay. Hotel located very far. I had to book another one. Useless hotel please avoid. Whoever says this hotel is good must be hotel staff. Avoid avoid avoid.
