Not good experiance.
Room was very dirty and smelly.
I was staying last night at Rivera hotel, Guwahati. Rooms were not good, AC was not working, all lights were not working properly. Even room was not able to lock because door was not working. When I made complaint hotel manager refused to discuss anything.
Food was very unhealthy with too much oil content and price was very expensive than quality. I will never come to this hotel again.
Unfortunately this is the actual experience I got recently from the hotel.
DON’T EVER BOOK THIS HOTELS PLEASE, otherwise you will completely waste your hard earned money.

I recently stayed at Hotel Riviera and the experience was truly amazing. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and full of modern amenities. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well maintained.
Special mention must be made of the hotel's service — every staff was very helpful, polite and always smiling. Any request was responded to promptly.
