Rooms are too dirty, even bedsheets, pillow covers are so dirty. Doesn't match with the pics at all. Pics doesn't look like they are from the property.

​I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. To say the experience was "bad" would be an understatement; it was completely unhygienic.
​The main issues were:
​Lack of Cleanliness: Every room we saw was very dirty. It was clear that the property is not being properly maintained or cleaned between guests.
​Dirty Linens: The bedsheets were not fresh. They were visibly soiled and had a very unpleasant, dirty smell that made it impossible to feel comfortable.
​Poor Hygiene: The overall state of the room was unsanitary. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying in such conditions.

Clean Rooms and also staffs are very good and helpful… our two nights stays are good at lakhi guest house… specially the owner manage the every requirement by its own! its a good stay around airport!

Hospitality management is worst. We book 3 room online and when we reach the Hotel. Rooms where not cleaned and bedsheet, pillow were dirty. And the guide who is staying there specially the girl is so rude and want only money. They didn't even refund us, they say like if you don't want you can go. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Bathroom are very dirty. And the rooms are mostly used for something else by seeing the room you can understand it. We reached hotel around 1:00am mid-night travelling far away and face this kind of situation it's really terrible and we didn't get any refund and they said us to adjust in this dirty room later we have to move back and search another hotel in late night, no hotel management and good service here only money to them. Price and the Quality is not matching.

Nice place to stay if you travel by flight as it is near to the airport road. Pocket friendly.

Arrogant staff, demand extra money for online booked rooms, if you paid online they will offer substandard rooms. There is no one to complain for, customer care no. Also redirected to the person on reception. No complain channel. Not recommended for booking.

Extremely bad behaviour of staff.
1) demanded extra money.
2) when you refused, jao complain kero.
3) when agreed to pay extra shown bad room and demanded extra money for another room.

I stayed several times. It's a good place to stay and room rent is also relevant. A little dirty they need to focus on it. Overall it's a good choice.

Pros:
It's close to the airport (about 3 kms away) — on an almost straight route.
It accepts online booking (no extra payment required on arrival) and the owner is very responsive.
I would have liked it more if the bedding and sheets were cleaned — it didn't look like they were and the room had an odd smell. My check-in was quite late, around 10 PM (maybe they could have changed the sheets if I requested, but I didn't). On the plus side, the geyser worked perfectly. I was surprised they provided no drinking water, the person at reception asked to go outside. The reception is via the stairs on the first floor of the complex.

I had booked an ac room but they provide me non ac room which was very disappointing. There was bad smell in the room and bathroom was also dirty and the water also contains smell of iron. It was a horrible experience in this hotel. Will never in my life will visit this hotel. I was bound to stay there only because of my brother’s exam in the very next day morning.

Value for money, stayed one night, costed approx ₹1000. Totally recommend it.

One of the worst stay I have ever had. Room and washroom were dirty, bedsheets & blankets were dirty, smelly and had stains. Pillow covers were filthy. Washroom had No soap, handwash tissues nothing at all. Everything had dust and the ceilings were full of spider webs. Do not recommend it at all. Also they accept oyo bookings according to their own wish.
