When I entered the resort I was awestruck by the resort. The front garden and the room structure was so awesome. I went for the first floor rooms because the view from the first floor was awesome. The resort is situated right next to the sunrise point i. E. The sitapur beach. I had candle light dinner with my wife there, it was very wonderfully arranged. You could go to the beach anytime you want. The food was not the best but it was good. The manager was very friendly and cooperative.

Located in beach front. Good garden. Need to improve reception staff, watch man. Food is good, restaurant is OK, takes time for services. Buffet is just ok in morning. Full wooden floor, wooden duplex room. No phone networks. Good view from balcony, nice sound of sea waves in night. Good sight of sparrows, kingfishers in garden, almond trees outside.

Beautiful location, right adjacent to sunrise point on sitapur beach. All wooden rooms add a distinct quaint feel to it's ambience. Amenities in room are up to the mark. The only disappointing part is the buffet spread. I wished they had more variety in all meals that they serve. Specially when you're located so close to sea and sea food!

Great resort right at the Sunset point beach probably the name "Sitapur beach". Rooms are so awesome with lots of wood works. I liked the touch screen mirror in the bathroom, for me it was a first of a kind to use and it was so smartly placed there. Park in front is pretty big. Only downside I found was the food menu which is very limited. Otherwise, a great place to get relaxed in this no network zone.
