The building is under construction and it's noisy at times. The breakfast is same everyday and service is not at all good. The rooms are beautiful and spacious but the staff is very lazy. They say it's a three star hotel but they couldn't even provide two bottles of mineral water. Instead they refill those bottles with smelly water from tap. The water just looks dirty and smells bad. There's almost never anyone in the reception.
This Hotel is still under construction, the staff does not have any kind of training which is the most expected in any Hotel industry, the infrastructure is very poor, my kid who is 7 years old got caught in the rest room & was not able to open the door from inside, we tried to reach out the people from hotel. None was available to help, finally I had to try myself since she was afraid. After which when I told the staff they cooly told that these are common in any hotel's in havelock which made me more annoying, while going out we tried to lock the main door for which the lock itself came out. Then I thought this is not worth for the money paid. Anyways I was supposed to stay there for 2 nights & I came to a different hotel for next night. As told by some one in the review previously they don't have proper information about the travellers. Next day morning we went for breakfast which was another nightmare. We some how thought we will just ignore & we asked the staff to get us good hot tea, you won't believe they brought the tea in a plastic mug which we usually use it in the rest rooms… totally it was very unplanned & unhygienic hotel… beyond this the staff at reception doesn't even has courtesy to say sorry & said your payment is due from the travel Agent & you have to pay for the stay… very much uncultured people… please don't get carried away by the pictures of the hotel… I would say it is waste of money & tome to deal with these …
