By a happy accident we wandered in here and had breakfast. What a wonderful buffet they had with delicious breakfast. The young girl behind the counter who was Czechoslovakian was one of the nicest people we encountered in all of Iceland. She gave us pointers on things to see and places to go. The guest houses looked immaculate and adorable. Her hospitality made me wish I had stayed here.

Comfy guesthouse with currently 8 rooms and 2 bathrooms / showers. Used to be the 'Steppin stones' B&B and is now operated by new owners who are renovating the place. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good as well, lot of choices. Fridge and cooking plate available. Fancy showers. Would come back.

How do you say it without hurting someone? The young Team was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast passable. The room iron was exactly three beds and three dress. No chair, no table, no closet. As a shelf to the window sill. We had booked two Nights. One night, relatively many of the guests had arrived, which led to restrictions on the use of the two bathrooms and the Wi-Fi.

Deep in the Wedtfjords you can find the B&B Hostel with Ása as very friendly and nice owner if this place. She gave us some information about the near hot spots around and is as well an agreeable person for conversations. The breakfast was included and with a typical Icelandic choice, but enough for all. As recommendations yoy should try out the handmade fresh bread. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower-cabine (which from our point of view not looks like inviting to use these) which could be enough for the guests. Unfortunately on our next morning the main water-pipe in the town was broken and we haven't water to get fresh and ready for the day but this was not a fault from the hostel. Additional there is a free Wi-Fi, not fast but what do you expect in this area of Iceland!? Altogether this is a good place for a stop during the night as well for longer in case you plabe to have some hiking tours around.
