I reserved the apartment in Friends Villa Apartments 2 for the period 19 February-2 March 2020. February 19, I checked into my apartment. The evening of 20 February, I found that box in my apartment disappeared a large sum of money of € 1, 000. I immediately demanded to master Yuri gave me back my money. Master Yuri told me that I did not raise a fuss until 9am the next day. "And in the morning we'll figure something out". — he assured. At 9 am the next day, Yuri came to my room and said that he personally did not take the money and someone stole the money he doesn't know. I asked the owners (George and Galina) to call the police to find my money. At my demand the hostess Galina cynically declared: "It is not our problem. You got robbed, you and fuss". I contacted the Consul, who called the police to the hotel. A whole day in the interrogation and investigative experiments. About any treatment could be considered. I went back to the hotel in the evening. The owners said that they evicted me and the money for the remaining days will not return. I again called the police. After the intervention of the police I managed to get with the home of Yuri and Galina the money for the unused days. I Packed my things and moved to another hotel. At the moment there is a consequence. I'm sure these scammers will force you to return my stolen money. I would also like to inform that there is no washing machine (as stated on Booking). The owners of the Laundry demanded money.
