Spacious rooms and really great service in all outlets. Far from a 5*****star standard. Absolutely overpriced. The R&B sector is bad underground. Only convenience products of the lowest quality (fruit salad from the canned food, sausage lovingly stacked on top of each other etc. ) tasteless and cold. Unfortunately, management seems to be resistant to guest ratings compared to consulting.

In my opinion it is the best spa hotel in Hungary. I love pools and saunas.
Staff are frendly and helpfull. Regarding rooms: free of charge water would be nice to get after a long trip. Restaurant is outstanding. Braekfasts were very nice with lot of choices, sparking wine is served.

I am not a big fan of spas or hotels, but if you are, you will have hell of a good time here. I was staying here for a conference, the rooms are amazing, the quality of buffet food is over avarage. I have been in a few hotels in the past year, and this was my absolute favourite (although it was more expensive than the others :) )

This hotel is haven! Best hot springs, so many pools and ask the different steam rooms and sauna rooms. Excellent spa services. I love it.

As a Therapist and a Physician, who is interested in health and well-being of humans. I highly recommend the Spirit Hotel and its facilities to anyone who wishes to have an amazing time.

Wonderful Climate! Pleasant very quiet Atmosphere. Master Quality Massages. Dinner with Buffet is very demanding. Rooms are always very clean and well maintained. I can only recommend relaxing on Weekends or even a longer Stay!

I spent there a nice vacation. Food is excellent and (spa) pools and saunas are great! You can also have a good nap in the spa area as well. But children under 13 years old are not allowed to be in the Spa area and in saunas.

I Liked everything. Only Slippers I have not found in the room. Shared The slippers of a colleague), but this is a trifle compared to the lovely rooms, a bunch of pools, tasty food and helpful staff. Live Music in the evening.

Very good hotel, but dresscode is required during the dinner, which I really didn't like.

Lot of opportunities to relax and enjoy your time. More than 20 different pools, saunas and other therapies. The breakfast has lot of options and it's delicious. The dinner has less options but also tastes good. At the bar you can order any cocktail.

Everything is super. Great spa, restaurant. Nice rooms. Everything was great.

Came back three weeks ago. The first impression is quite pleasant. But it's not so unequivocal. For five stars amazing attitude to luggage. It is not accepted to deliver to the room. Single room as a pencil case, at the end of which the window is the door to the balcony with a large visor. Always in the room is dark. Fixtures are included both day and evening. They don't help. The bed, the mattress, the linens are decent. The cleaning is frankly bad. The lazy maids had to make use of the vacuum cleaner three times. On the carpet remained brought from the street crumbs of stone deicing. Not to mention, but the maids stubbornly did not notice. Asked for a replacement robe. Took. For the new had to go myself. Watched the other rooms. Too dark and very. In general, at dusk and dark time I wanted to walk around the hotel with a lantern. Oppressive feeling because of lack of light. Everywhere. Sauna and swimming pools are usual. With elevators trouble. Two central work on a strange algorithm. It's creepy what happens during the summer season. We have to wait forever. The room was very… There are few Russians. Food, choice of dishes, variety, service is very good. The hotel is really a restaurant rather than a tavern with such a name. Seventh visit to Hungary, I love this country. Almost everywhere you can eat tasty and well. No regrets about the trip, but I will not go again. Hungarians come for two or three days. This is the best time.

Wonderful 4 days in all areas. The swimming landscape with 22 different pools is open from 7.30 to 22.00. The room is spacious and very clean the food (breakfast/dinner) Very large selection undgeschmacklich very good.

We have been driving to the Spirit hotel for years. From Eisenstadt it is about 1h 20min to drive. The rooms are nicely spacious, all equipped with a balcony. The Frückstücks or evening Buffet offers a wide choice and no matter whether vegan/vegetarian or meat eaters, no one gets too short here. For lunch you have the possibility to eat in the spa area. The spa itself is very large and has many areas. The sauna area is very clean, you have the possibility to take as many cotton towels as you like. In the middle of the sauna area is a basin for cooling and 4 showers.

We have been here twice, and it was the best hotel experience for us so far. The SPA is extraordinary, the temperature of the pools are perfect, and they keep the SPA area clean all the time. The meals are delicious, they have foods for special needs as well (like sugarfree, glutenfree). They often offer live music nights for the guests, and there are many other program options, and you can go for smal trips nearby as well. It was the most relaxing hotel I’ve ever been, the rooms are stylish and you feel like, you are on calm island. Everyone is so polite and you can believe that the staff is watching your every wish. They are always helpful, and when we were there on my mum’s birthday, they even made her a fruitplate for surprise when we checked in our room. If you go there with children, you won’t be disappointed either, there is a playroom for them, and children menus as well. I’m sure we will return sometimes! ☺️

The best hotel i've ever seen! Amazing restaurant, delicious good And awesome rooms!

Since this hotel has locked up, I drive 2-3 times a year to recover. Until now I was never disappointed and was satisfied with everyone.

After very long years of guest I am very disappointed this year it started with the cleanliness in the toilet area toilet shell full with Coulter hair and Pippi Stains further unfriendly so the kids apart that such a Nobel hotel very bad German speaks to the Spabere I collect them very very expensive and do not get in the full program they offer the on their brochure oh yes there is still something the treatment you ordered will not be reminded again of the spa massage. I. E. In words if you miss the massage you still have to pay everything even though you could have a call in the room I am very disappointed after five years spirit is not what used to be they have caught anywhere on to save never again a big disappointment.

We have stayed at the hotel for 3 nights recently and although it was nice, it did not fufill our expectatiions of a 5*Superior hotel. We have stayed at other hotels of this high category and the Spirit hotel does miss out on a few points: We booked a Grand Room with a bed which was said to be 180 x 200, but when we arrived it was max. 160 wide and the matrace was very instabile, so one constantly feared to fall out of it. We reported it to the reception, they apologised friendly but no solution was offered : — (The spa itself is nice, but lacks of e. G. A real rest room, every chair / bed is somehow near a pool and you cannot find a really quiet place anywhere, there will always be some bubbling jacuzzi somewhere. Plus the inside of the pool area gets very dark later during the evening, on most beds you will find it impossible to read e. G. A book. The whole spa area feels mor elike a public spa than a luxury resort. The restaurant is nice and the food pretty good, but again, not 5* superior standard. 5* superior is the highest possible ranking for a hotel in Europe, this should mean everybody is really doing the extra mile for every wish of the client, and you should feel pampered all around, and that is just not happening. In my opinion its on the level of a solid 4*, which is I have to admit also its price-level, but if you have been to other 5* superior spa hotels in the larger region it just doesn´t come up to it.

Everything is ok, food excellent, rooms awesome, spa resort just for the hotel guest… I love it here… but beware of increasing number of running and screaming, naughty small children. It used to be a calm and guiet place. Some visitors even forget their good behavior back at home.

Amazing interior and a whole lot of different spa services. Great place to spend a weekend or even a week.

I stayed here with my family for 7 days during September. Great, fancy and romantic hotel. Beautiful facilities. Service is good too. The only thing that I wasn't happy with is the food. The variety of the food was fine but the way it was prepared… From this high class hotel I expected high class food and this wasn't the case. My kids are 3 and 5 year old and there wasn't much to do for them in the hotel. So we spend some time outside. The surroundings of the hotel are astonishingly beautiful.

The place, the rooms, the wellness and the prices are all superior. Halfboard: Unfortunately, this hotel is following the trend of not providing any drinks for dinner (not even for kids) but you can get 2 cups of water for just €6. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are present everywhere. By having minimal food for lunch and some wine for dinner you can easily spend 30-40% extra on your stay (including parking, taxes, service fees, etc. ) The live piano music after dinner is fantastic (thx to Mr. Roland Dornyei), 5 stars to him.

Simply the best wellness hotel in Hungary. Almost perfect service and crew, quality rooms, tidy and complex wellness area. Good choice if you want to have a rest.

Many elevators not working. Buffet dinner average at best. Nothing special. Breakfast also average or below. Rooms very uncomfortably warm. Spa definitely below average. Way over priced. Not a good value.

Old and way too busy and extremely warm inside. Would not recommend people to vast this place. Hungary has much nicer and more comforting spa's.

What can you say — it's one of the best thermal health spas in eastern Europe, and they certainly live up to the label. Everything is over the top here, and it's incredibly peaceful — even down to the lighting in the hallways and rooms. There are no bright lights whatsoever in this place. It's very relaxing. Just beware that the internet is horrendous. Hope that you can stay offline for your entire stay, otherwise you'll be cursing at the tubes. Everything is ridiculously over priced, but you get what you pay for. Top notch service, food and spas.

It is still the "Eastern bloc". The buffet in the evening. Was already far better!  Spa area in the basement very carelessly done because almost no staff is visible and some things just occasionally did not work…

Very stylish hotel, absolutely recommendable. Friendly, helpful personnel, the spa and wellness area is very large and not crowded at all. The pool restaurant offers drinks and food for very reasonable, normal price, including fresh juice.

Excelent hotel for couples, but I would not recoment it for childrens.

We were 14 days at this top hotel. It has tuned everything — the staff is very helpful and friendly (ranging from the cleaner to the Manager), the breakfast and evening buffet is rich and delicious (especially the many dessert sandwiches and-Törtchen… hmmm), Spa / Wellness Centre is one of the nicest we have ever seen, as well the establishment throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Although approximately 350 new guests checked in on a weekend, we experienced the same friendliness, none worked frantically, everything was very well organized, so that the hotel was not at all "overcrowded".
We have us there so probably felt that we a week at spirit Hotel want to attach to our scheduled trip to Vienna in September ;)
