I have arrived to the hotel 3 days ago for a quick birthday celebration. Even when I have contacted the hotel, they were amazing. They made my mom's birthday surprise perfect.
When we have arrived at the reception, Bianka kept the surprise, confirmed that I was the person who organised it and when everyone else was in far enough distance she confirmed that everything is in order in the room. Cake, candles and chilled champagne. She walked us to the room, explained everything about our stay. What to use, how to use, towels, breakfast, dinner etc… Her attention to details and her genuine care is something you can't put a price on. The general experience in the hotel is way more than expected.
The staff is extremely helpful and nice, from the sweet lady who cleans your room to the gentleman who welcomes you at dinner. The cleanliness is extraordinary. Every single day down to every detail. We have visited Kata for 3 different massages. Unfortunately all the 3 of us have different health problems (what a family, eh? ) but Kata has such an incredible knowledge and experience that we were more than comfortable to relax under her care.
And the experience was phenomenal.
Her massage room is spotless clean, nicely organized, color coordinated and has a special energy, probably coming from her sweet personality. If you're staying at the hotel, Kata is the person you don't want to miss.

TERRIBLE service in the restaurant.

Great experience with best food I have eaten recently. The staff is very polite and even just the view from the pool and the restaurant worth the price. The only thing that could be improved are the rooms and the furniture. Still clean and relatively new, but nothing fancy. It might have been just a coincidence, but most of the staff didn't seem to speak English.

Always book the suit on the corner room 432 great views of the danube and the castle.

The position of the hotel is a one of a kind. Up in the mountains overlooking the Danube. Absolutely outstanding. Such a shame that the 1970s building doesn't add to the magical surrounding neither the interior design which was updated a few years ago however it feels more like from the 1980s rather than recent times. I would like to mention that the staff is super professional and kind which made our staying extra pleasant.

The Best SPA is here in Visegrád, You will be healed at this place, the energy of this place is the Best. The outer pool is almost immersed in the river Danube.

We stopped by for a dinner. The food was amazing as well as the service. In addition we could enjoy the breathtaking view during our stay. Thank you.

If you visit Visegrad this is the place to stay. Overlooks the famous bend in the Danube. A quick walk to the local attractions. Food was good. Rooms are small put Danube facing rooms have a balcony and a fantastic view.

Disappointing food, amazing view, polite service, lousy ambience. Mushroom soup and venison burger decent, but flavours a bit boring. Venison goulash and pike perch with mushrooms totally tasteless. Even pepper and paprika didn't help. Inside temperature in restaurant was too hot, design poor.

Brilliant service, quite good meals, clean rooms and delicious fragrance in the whole hotel.

The hotel is situated in the hills of a beautiful village like Visegrád.

Service, cleanness: 5 Wellness: 4 Food: 3 Extra: the view is breathtaking from the outside pool. Sadly the water was pretty cold.

Been on a one day wellness package with lunch included. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location with great view on the Danube, which is its strongest selling point as otherwise it is quite mediocre. Food was okay, but nothing to rave about, the wellness area has a good number of saunas bot too few and too small pools for the amount of guests.

We loved this place! We stayed here for a conference in July. The hotel is quiet and relaxing but still has wonderful features. There are 4 great pools (indoor and out) and one that overlooks the beautiful river. The staff is great and the buffets for each meal are big… lots of meat.

I saw many bad reviews for the food but I am guessing this is for the inclusive buffet that people receive as a guest. We went to Panorama for early dinner, off the me menu and it was delicious. The venison burger was fresh, huge and spectacular. The salmon was also cooked well and had a great side of roasted veggies yummy seasoned wedged fries. We were very impressed and it seemed very carefully made, nothing rushed. My recommendation would be to order off menu and not have that buffet. Are pre-made buffets EVER good? I'm surprised people would expect otherwise. Anyway, great views, nice service, overall wonderful experience. Only bad thing was the salad, but I've yet to find a Hungarian restaurant figure out how to make a proper salad.

Very nicce view from the balcony and from the pool area but the restaurant could be better. All kinds of menu items but most probably half of the (if not all) is from the freezer. Would say you should only drink a coffee and enjoy the view but their coffee is bad too. Try to go for game meat, it was better.

We went there with two small children, for coffee and hot chocolate. Very delicious and the place was super friendly for children! They had a very nice young woman there to play with children in a playroom near reception. I've also worked at hotels, reception. And this place is a hotel I would love to work at or visit again as guest. Recommended!

Nice hotel with wellness. Actually the hotel is in renewing thus not all structure are available. I. E. Fitness not available. The place is nice. Food and service could and should improve being a 4 *. There is no planning for enertainment. Some basilar things shall be imoroved such related to ckeaning.
