Calm place with really good food and equipment. Nice and helpful staff.

Very nice hotel with welnes. Nice and modern furnished. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast very tasty. The staff at the reception are pleasant and very sympathetic.

I’ve been here at a 2 days conference, I loved the food and everything seemed to be well organized.

Nice and quiet place. On a business trip so did not have time to test the wellness center though. Restaurant serves a nice ad delightful buffet. Waiters are very kind, despite their not speaking English sometimes.

Food quality is very poor. Personals sre helpful.

I was in this hotel for an event as an animator. What I really can tell is that the stuff is friendly, and their own recommended sandwich with different kind of meat, ham and sauces is great! Ask by the waitor for it!

It was an excellent stay at Abacus hotel! Thank you for the warm hospitality! We highly recommend it for families with kids!

Awful management, they say something else than it is on the webpage just becuse… no explanation. Service and stuff medium but the breakfast is re-used from day to day. Wellness nice however.

Great service, clean, big rooms. Weaker breakfast. We had maybe bad luck (there was a big group of people who had some seminar there), there was no bread soon.

Spa is ok, but I found it very small. The website says it's huge but there is only 2 pools inside and not all works outside. The pools are not warm enough so you cannot comfortably enjoy it for a longer period. Definitely not a family hotel, probably good for a short business trip. The restaurant is horrible, we stayed for 3 nights and every morning and evening was the same food. Literally… Not freshly made but the same food served which might be OK if it's something that can be kept long but sorry… Same salads for 2 days breakfast and dinner, it started to smell, same duck liver for 2 days, the sides were already dried out just served on smaller and smaller plates every day because it was left over. I find that horrendous for a 4 star hotel. Some days we got very good service, some days were just bad like we were disturbing and unwanted. There is a small restaurant across the street I can recommend though, cheap, good food, good service. All in all it was an ok experience because I could spend time with my family but I would not recommend this place unless you need a one night business stay over. Too expensive for what they have to offer.

Great place, stayed here for a time of a conference. Food is great, bar is also a nice touch. The building is in a cosy and quiet environment. Overall it is a very positive experience.

Really good hotel. The food is great, the rooms are clean and the staff is also nice. The spa closes a little bit to soon I would say.

Excellent cousine, nice stylish minimalist rooms, small but elegant and enjoyable spa.

Staff was helpfull and very pleasant. The room was good. The food was excellent. The wellness department was very good. Normally check-out is at 10.00 a. M. I asked of it would be a problem to check-out later because my wife and I would like to have more time to enjoy the wellness department. Of course not was the answer. So we left a few hours later.

Deserves 4 star for the building, and two or less for the stuff.

Perfect place to stay, comfortable, calm… Good kitchen, pool available… I can reccomend.

First of all, it seemed like it was a nice hotel from the outside visuals. So I expected the same amount of a 4 star hotel to be of a 4 star or better in service.
However, there was no HOT WATER coming out of sinks or shower. I complained to the front desk and they said it will turn on and be on in an hour. It didn't work even til the next morning.
Service sucks, no hot water…

Amazing place with great food and wellness centre. The atmosphere is lovely! all the spa areas were very clean, the staff was friendly. Highly recommended place.

The place is looking good. The wellness area is nice and the food tastes good. The gym can't be actually called a gym. Also, you won't get new towels w/o to ask and all the room cleaning service does, is to pick up the barbage and fold your sheet. Anyway, I recommend this hotel.

As always super! Am already 6 or 7 here again and again and again!

The Sunday lunch is just amazing. Great wellness place in a very quiet area.

Pleasurable stay at Abacus. Installations clean and modern, spacious entrance. Food was tasteful but since I´m a vegan it was difficult to find dishes. Breakfast was good. The pool area is noisy (no good acoustic) but the installations good. The Staf was serviciable and helpful just less good speaking English. The massages were fantastic and affordable. Sundays are crowded in the pool and the staff is very bussy.

The hotel is nice, the SPA is also enjoyable for a few days, the envirionment is beautiful, the staff are also OK. The reason I was disappointed is that the "New Year's Eve program" is miscommunicated, the "Night wellness with candlelight" was held on 30th of December from 19-21. I think this was a big mistake, they did not serve that they promised. Otherwise the hotel has high standards.

Super hotel, nice SPA area, perfect for a short break.
