➜ Bad, untrained staff. Very friendly, but the price is out of the question. The Hotel itself is very broken and has seen some better years. The basic equipment of the room was not complete, the service staff forgets to cleaning utensils in the room and at Breakfast both juice will not work for a whole Morning donor. The Spa area is poorly lit and completely overloaded. Too bad. Go to the Gellert!
➜ Quite far from the centre. However, there is a free Shuttle into the city. Rooms and furniture very shabby. Bed below average.
