The apartments are ok but not that "luxury". The room was noisy at night. The windows are nice and big, but not safe for small kids, as they can easily slip trough the handrail.

It was very too usefull! Not too good area. Not ideal for family. The breakfast is very expensive and they hadn't espresso coffee only american coffee.

Dirty towels and bed sheets, definitely not luxury. The personnel was kind and willing to help.

Really bad experience. Room very noise because of the workers close by. No window (even if the owner think the opposite — you cannot name as window blocked shutter or small thing above the door). The owner informed booking that we did “no show” even if we were there and we have proofs. He is not able to pay commission and he is afraid of our review. We are still waiting for the invoice. 15eur for cleaning per day… seems like a joke. All good reviews probably made his friends.

Not luxury more like hostel.

I made a reservation in March but today I have cancelled the reservation because they say the credit card is invalid while the error depends on the fact that the renewal of the card was in late March while we are in April, I state that the card is valid but, as they know the renewal is changed to safety the three numbers of check. I write to booking to tell me that it is their right to cancel the reservation and invite me to rebook at the same facility (with the same card. But how is it valid now? ) but I see that the price is double. Contacted the structure tell me that they understood the error but also invite me to rebook but at a double price. I have to say that the way to follow their customers both by Booking and by the structure is worthy of a way of working that verges on the scam. I state that I did the upgrade of the card immediately just received the email from Booking but, I wonder, what did it serve? Needless to say that I do not recommend to use the Booking service, have clauses that do not protect you in case of problems.

Almost decent. For sure you can do better in budapest for same money. And luxury is definetly not the word to describe the hotel.

Very nice place! Comfortable, clean, located next to the centre, just the breakfast was a little overpriced in my opinion.

Great location of the property, located a few minutes from the stops (bus, metro) spacious and comfortable accommodations, great value for money, if you want to have breakfast, there is a wide choice of dishes! Recommended!

A good hotel with à Nice spa and wellness.

Who doesn't like guitar bellisimo is cooler that if it's room.

Very comfortable Accommodation at two steps from the Opera House. Friendly Staff and affordable prices.
