Excellent location. Walking distance to most attractions. Our room on sixth floor was very spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is directly under the hotel for little fee. It is very quiet and relaxing place. Would come back again.

The opposite of an interesting proposal. Recommended more for holiday than for tourism. Connected quite poorly compared to the average of the hotels and residences of Budapest downtown. It does not include a breakfast, lunch, dinner service that precludes time to visit the city. All in all well organized and livable.

Great apartments with all acilities. Great located with just 10 minute walk to Octagon. Very bad Wifi reduces the score. We will be back!

Very nice. Modern and clean apartments with everything you could need. There is 24h security/concierge to help with anything you need. There are a few steps to negotiate with luggage to get in and to get to the lift.

Handy location with it being walking distance to both the park to the north and the sights of Buda and the bridges that connect to Pest. Stayed here for 3 nights and didn't need to use public transport to get from place to place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Odd layout with security at the entrance and the reception being nested within the courtyard. We didn't realise there was a reception until we had been here a couple of days. Good clean rooms and having free AC was a big plus.

This was a great stay for a solo traveller in Budapest. The hotel is very centrally located within the city centre and reasonable distance to one of two main train stations. Plenty of units available with a beautifully designed Courtyard and easy access to the lift. My specific unit came with a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a washer which was very convenient for backpacking through. Front desk staff was very helpful even during early evening check in. Access is available 24 hours with key, Pin code, or security desk. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent only couple of days on semi business trip, and must say I am very satisfied. I chose the place instead of my regular hotel in Budapest, and I made a right choice. Easy access and perfect location, for business or pleasure. Safe garage, if you travel with car, great parking. The apartment is spacious with all you may need inside, even for longer stay. I drove in after midnight, but as advised by staff, night guard assisted me with parking and check in. As far as the staff goes, must say that the ladies were very nice and helpful, and went step further to assist me as my travel plan changed. Highly reccomended for location, staff and value!

The apartment is great. Clean, tidy, good heating and well located (although the street in it is worth nothing). It has everything to be able to cook.
It is very close to two metro stations (10 minutes) and stops several buses very close.
Parliament is, walking, 15 minutes taking a walk.
Nearby there are places to eat and to be able to buy.
Highly recommended for its quality/price ratio.

Very nice apartment. Good furniture or a good fitted kitchen, box-spring bed, washing machine, iron, clothes rack etc. Everything as good as new. Good price performance ratio. I can only recommend it.

Wow! Excellent value for money. Large apartment. Spotless. Good storage. We only had 1 issue, the pillows on the bed were poor. We reported this to reception but this was dealt with promptly to our satisfaction. Very close to city centre but in a quiet street. There are numerous supermarkets in the nearby streets.

That's great. Very clean. Safe area, not far from the center by Foot and ruined pub to the ' turn of the corner '. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Airport pickups are offered for €30. You can leave the suitcase after checking out for free.

Just perfect! Nice personal, great rooms with equipment you'd expect to be there and it's in city centre, near one of the train stations. 5/5

Nice well equipped apartments in top city location near the parliament.

Excellent residence, in the center, from which you can easily reach any attraction of the city by means.
The apartment complex is really very nice, well cared for, with continuous assistance.
Despite our arrival before the time of check in, they quickly gave us an apartment, also very nice, complete with everything, heated and with a small terrace in which to have a really nice breakfast.
Also the price is stra to the hand and convenient given what the residence offers. Absolutely recommended.

A perfect residence in the centre of Budapest!

After a Monday to Friday stay at Lord Residence, booked through Travel Republic, I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. I must admit, for the price we paid, despite having seen pictures on trip advisor I did wonder if it would be as pleasant as it was due to being such a bargain. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The rooms were all clean, the decor matched the images online but they were a little tired in places, some drawers were screwed shut and there were some chips in the kitchen surfaces. Not bad all in all but about time for a refurbish I would say. Facilities in our apartment included 2 toilets (one separate, one in the bathroom), microwave, oven, toaster, hob and plates, pots pans etc, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, drying rack, washing machine, over bath shower & hair dryer. The only things missing were wine glasses! It's just not right drinking wine from a tumbler! The toaster that was initially in the kitchen was actually quite lethal I must say, with a shower of electrical sparks on first use, I'm thankful that I used it first and not the kids who frequently do make their own toast. I took it to reception, where they apologised and put another in later in the day. We had two small terraced area's, one of the living space and one off the main bedroom. Be warned, these are really slippy when wet as I found out.

Great place and great location. Only issue was there was construction the last few days of our stay and reception never informed us of it. We got woken up early a couple mornings because of it. Other than that it was very nice and we'd definitely stay there again.

Easy apartments with good public transport connections. Wifi very slow, the place is silent and relaxing, the rooms look safe. Ironing board and laundry are available inside the rooms. 7, 5

Really nice place to stay right in the city center. The apartment gives you all the space and necessities you need. The housekeeping cleans the apartment daily, even if you leave very late, and they leave everything super tidy. We were amazed to find out they even did the dishes. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful. The only points of critique I can think of are that the Wi-Fi is quite slow and that there were only three drinking glasses. Very much enjoyed my stay here.

It Is Elegant, calm, but the rooms have very high heating which annoys you to sleep.

Manager replies to this review (=public) but don't want to discuss on email (personal) — shame on such properties — don't support such businesses! Stay away! this is one of the places which will charge you extra for different payment channels. Price agreed on your your legal contract (booking website) is for cash payements only. Creditcard fee 6% or 2, 5% (depending on country of residence I suppose? ) will be added to the agreed Euro Amount. Management claims "cost" for this service. Why is this a problem? — obviously there are cost but limited by EU to 0, 6% since 2015 — their rates aren't budget and profit is assumed to be huge. Should be enough to cover 0, 6% creditcard cost — what else do they want to charge as it's cost caused by customer? Water consumption, how many time did I flush the toilet, how long did I shower? Light usage? — who pays hunderdes of EUR cash in 2017? Change money in local currency HUF, If they were clever they'd put their rates incl. Their creditcard cost (? ) to system and offer discount for cash payment onsite in conversation. As I generally fight against those kind of charges I bann this propoerty with my review. If you don't care and are happy to throw money to the throat of Real Estate companies like this, feel free to enjoy your stay anway!

Nice apartments in the center in silent street with good availability to city center. Large rooms with necessery equipment. Only matresses in bed where toho soft…

Loved this place! It feels like home away from home. And there is parking as well.

Lots of space. There was an ac but it didn't put out any cold air and hardly any force behind it. If it was warmer out it would have been miserable. We had to open the patio door and windows as soon as we got back to cool it down. Quite and clean though. Would stay again. Good location.

Great place to stay in Budapest and great location. The floors were a little dirty (we had a baby crawling around) and the plates too big for the dishwasher. Also the apartment was furnished in a way that blocked the acces to the livingroom balcony which we would have liked to use. The windows had curtains but we would have benefitted from darker curtains that would have allowed the kids to sleep longer. A kids chair would also have been awesome. BUT the spacious two bedroom apartment was located centrally AND quiet which was a big plus. The beds were good and there was a good vibe.

There's A nice patio with flowers and also a courtyard with a really good play setup for the kids. We had halfboard and the dinner was quite good with soup, spätzle and a really good hungarian casserole. The rooms were ok, no big carpets and shades for the windows. The shower was in the room in one of the superior rooms. The facilitets for kids are good, but the cleaning and rooms a bit below average. Also the receptionist seemed suspicious and didn't smile much. The waiter in the restaurant was really nice. We didn't try the pool yet. The two Star Google review was too little for this place.

Very decent place to stay and overnight near the city center. An additional plus is the interesting architecture of the building.

We just stayed at the Lord apartments and it was fantastic! The location is perfect, the apartment was spacious and very clean, we made breakfast in everyday which was an extra bonus, and there was a balcony! We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay there again.

Great place I liked it very much.

Nice, comfortable, clean, equipped apartments for really good price. Directly in the centre of Budapest, but still in a silent side street. All the people here are very friendly and helpful. I recommend Lord apartments to everybody.
