I stayed with here for 3 days while visiting Budapest. Good : The rooms are big and spacious and pretty clean Bad : The service and maintenance are terrible. The reception is only open during working hours and there is no one (yes I am not joking, literally no one) around to assist you beyond these hours. They have a disclaimer in the room that they are not liable of any losses, yet the room has no safes or locks. Of course you cant leave anything at the reception! On weekend no body shows up at all, so if you get locked out of the guest house (there is an automatic door as the entrance) you need to wait until Monday to get in :). They have a number next to the entrance that one can call in case of an emergency. The person on the other side speaks only Hungarian and would hang up if you speak in English. I don't think that't the way to function in the hospitality industry. No body came to clean my room over the course of my stay. I guess the only reason this place is afloat is because it gets government guests/visitors, otherwise in terms of service I have seen much better.
