First of all the location is very good, there is ample parking (at an extra charge). Public transport is only 15m away and there are good shopping and dining options. There is a lift, but due to small steps it is not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately a heating in the bathroom which runs permanently, thus with the window closed very hot. The shower does not work yet, nor is there a shower gel. Overall the room was very clean and enough space to make something. Sleeping was not really possible, due to the heating much too warm and the mattress quite uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi is available but there was no reception in the rooms. Outlets are enough. Staff is friendly and speaks good English. Breakfast was not used.

They don't like the noise the Puerto Ricans make. They don't have laundry. The cleanliness is excellent. It has several public transport stops nearby, supermarkets and pharmacy.

Not really welcoming, the quality of the rooms is deplorable! The bed was dirty with hair and hair inside, the shower was completely dismantled (doors and faucet) = flood at every shower ensured!
I advise you not to go here! For the price of the night (about €60), prefer a Airbnb!

Optimal priced stay in Budapest.

Just a quick note to say how grateful I was for the help of the ever patient and resourceful staff. It was my first stop from Australia and they were very helpful, for example recommending a local travel agent when it was difficult to book a train on line.
