Staff not very helpfull — except for check in/out. I had a very dark room and carpet was humid and smelled. The breakfast room was not clean and the staff very impolite. Too expensive for the standard.

The concierge was extremely nice and helpful. We got in early (at 11), before traditional check-in time, but wanted to see where the hotel was and get some information. The concierge appologized our room was not ready yet (we didn't expect it to be) and offered to keep our bags there until it was so we could tour around without the weight. He also recommended a fantastic traditional Hungarian restaurant just down the street called Paprika that was so delicious. The included breakfast was way more than we bargained for, offering so many different (some oriental options) but tasty choices (way more than you would expect from a continental breakfast). We had a room facing the heroes square with a patio overlooking it. Great view! It was very hot when we got there, so we were happy to get back to a comfortably air conditioned room. The AC was not noisy or too intense, which I appreciated. The concierge organized a reasonably priced taxi for us and when we went to check out, he offered we could keep out bags there again, since our train was not leaving until 5 pm. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location is ideal and really close to the subway and train station. I would highly recommend this hotel. It may be a little pricier than other options, but I can say it was worth every penny.

4 days spent at the Mirage Medic hotel. A very good 4 * hotel with specificity: a partnership with a Chinese doctor specializing in soft medicine. The hotel offers a range of Medicinal teas and infusions via breakfast. You can buy it on doctor Chen's website. This is the largest medical center in Hungary. Beyond this aspect, the breakfast is complete, one floor is reserved for the restoration but no possibility of lunch or dinner on site. Note that the hotel is very well located, in a quiet area and 20 minutes from the street Andrasy. Very few cheap restaurants in the area, due to the many embassies and political seats. Sense of service and hospitality. Recommend absolution.

Comfy and good location. Not very fresh but it's confortable, clean and service is good.

Good location as the hotel closed to metro M1 and bus station to hot spots in town. Breakfast acceptable, although not much variety, but still meet my expectation, especially their crispy bread. Only comment is their Wi-Fi which not stabil and always disconnected.

Price-performance is very good here. For a little over 50 euros including breakfast for 2 people this was a bargain. Good location on bus and Metro. Room clean and good Wi-Fi. Nice staff. We felt comfortable there.

Super cosy hotel right on Heroes Square and in close proximity to the Szechenyi thermal spa.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and good location near public transport. Breakfast ok, not something to brag about, though. Would definitely book again.

REAL REVIEW — I only rate low as the online content for this place is deceptive. It is well below average. The guy on the desk was nice and friendly but the whole set up felt very disorganised and unprofessional.

Very centrally located, traditional hotel. The 37 rooms were extensively and thoroughly renovated in 2012. Very good price performance ratio.

Very PlayStation-friendly: medium-sized tv, HDMI is easily accessible, ethernet just works, i'm just not sure they know the difference between a. M. And p. M. also there's a big bus parking space across the street.

Wierd hotel but love it. There is a mechine just to know your body fat and you have to pay 1 euro or 300 huf to use it.

Location is not great, but ok. Very close to the park, Heroes square, the baths and the very nice embassy-neighbourhood. 15min from the centre by subway. The hotel is 'ok' as well. Loved the very comfortable beds. Breakfast is horrible though… one of the worst I've ever had. I would value a superior room with breakfast at €75… sadly I paid double…

We only tried the restaurant but it was nice! They have awesome beer and fair price, and vegetarian options also!

We had a really enjoyable stay here in March ‘17 and the staff did a great job on our room as a birthday surprise from my family. Would certainly stay here again, easy transport access, friendly staff and comfortable room.

What a lovely hotel, clean and welcoming … the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything you would need. The breakfast each morning was delicious and varied!
My only suggestion would be to have a 'pay per view' movie channel available …

Such a nice hotel! Perfect location for getting the metro only 15 mins into the city centre for sight seeing! Staff lovely and friendly. Rooms nice and clean. Very happy with our stay!

Location is great. The staff is so friendly and are really helpful. Breakfast is so good. And the best part is that they give some Chinese amenities as candies, teas with some healthy proposes. Metro is just right the corner. Bus station out of hotel. Definetly a good hotel.

The breakfast and staff here are excellent. Completed my perfect holiday to Budapest. Surely will come again.

Fantastic experience, Hotel stay like no other. With the Millennium Monument within walking distance, It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Definitely would recommend.
