The location is very good, in the center, close to the train… the employees are very nice. But the services are not very good. They mixed our apartment with another. Broken iron, dish washer and air conditioner. They dont really change the towels everyday.

This is one of the doggy hotels in Budapest. Recently, there are several break-ins occurred in the hotel. They have lots of hidden charges! Once you booked and cannot cancel, they will charge you a cancellation fees too regards of whatsoever … so avoid this one if you can.

We had a pleasant stay at the 7 Seasons Hotel Appartment. Very cozy rooms with friendly staff. Best part is the location of the hotel, you can access all the tourist sites in walking distance between 5 to 30 Minutes. Budapest is a place you should walk around to see and enjoy the beauty of the place.

Excellent location. Very comfortable and complete, it's almost like being in the house of one.

Nice and price-worthy apartments. Perfect for larger groups of friends or family. Clean and well equipped apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Quite noisy in the building and the beds are pretty stiff. But over-all a good experience.

Friends of mine stayed here for a long weekend. I checked the bar and apartments out. Reasonable value for money and good sized rooms. The location is fairly fantastic if you're interested in the trendy drinking side of the city centre.

Perfect for a short city break. About €25 taxi from the airport. Located 2 minutes walk from nearest metro station. A 15 minute walk from the river. The reception staff were very helpful and showed us to our room upon arrival. We also received a free drink voucher to use in the hotel's bar. The room was very clean with simple and stylish decor. The kitchen area was complete with fridge, sink, two electric hobs, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and glassware. This allowed us to cook our own breakfast and have a few chilled beverages in the room. Rooms are cleaned daily. Would absolutely stay again.

Good location, near metro and bus stop, also convenient to take the Airport bus. The room is really big and comfortable. Many utensils in the kitchen. Close to many spots and restaurants. The disadvantage is the air ejector fan in the bathroom is very annoyed, the voice won‘t stop right away even you turn off it.

Well located (200 m from the bus stop "aéroport" and the Metro) ; Clean and modern apartment. Only the lobby and the elevator were a little below. Very professional and efficient home.

Oh yes, and the location and service is on the level. With children-all conditions, all sights-in a walking distance, young Fathers-near bars) ) )

"PERFECT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING THE CITY" 4 of us stayed in a 2 bed & 1 sofa bed apartment (all doubles) The room was huge, with a double fridge, dining room table & sofa for entertaining. It was spotlessly clean and the rooms were nice and modern. They have a 24hr front desk at the end of the entrance, with a bar and restaurant. The apartments are reached by separate lifts which need a pin number to access, so everywhere felt safe and secure. You couldn't pick a better or more central location, it is perfectly placed to be central to absolutely everywhere (well maybe not the spa) The bus from the airport even drops you off almost on the doorstep.

Very good location, easy to access, fairly spacious. Reception open 24/24h the bedding and cleanliness could be better!

Comfortable at home. All the details for the comfort have been taken into account. Excellent. If I go back to Budapest I will return there. It is very well located, close to everything important to know and the attention at the reception is excellent.

We stayed in the superior one bedroom apartment and it was an amazing flat. Very large and luxurious. However, there were few issues, the TV in the room wasn't working and although we did contact the reception they didn't sort it out. Obvious stains on the living room chairs and a problem with the shower cable. No slippers or robe provided although a superior apartment. We found that the staff weren't as friendly or helpful as in other places we've stayed at around the world that's why not the 5 star rating. We also forgot something the room that was never returned to us. At least a follow up email would have been nice. The location is wonderful in the city however there is constant noise — it didn't bother us but others might be more sensitive. It's a shame that the service didn't meet our expectations as it could have been an amazing memory.

A great apartment and in the CE tro of the city.

Great place at the heart of Budapest. Close to every needed place — metro, restaurants, public points. The apartments are great and clean, very big and well equipped. The smell in the corridors it's terrible. The service is good and they could help you with almost all requests. I would recommend anyone to stay here. When will come back we will probably get here again.

Fantastic location, very close to many nice restaurants, Budapest Eye and city center. The apartment is spatious, has a big terrace, and nice living room area.

A very nice apartment hotel in central Budapest. They meet all expectations and we are very happy with chosing to stay here for our December break.

Bedding not at the height of the number of stars, box spring in bad condition. The spacious apartment overlooks the courtyard and the opposite of the other rentals. The lack of blinds in the bedroom alters the quality of sleep. Although I recommend, progress is indispensable.

Great location in the Jewish quarter, close to amenities and one of the main metro stations and surface means. Apartment well finished and cared for, ideal to spend even a few extra days enjoying the services offered: you have the impression of being at home. Reception and staff are impeccable.

Great central location with Metro a few minutes walk away. Close to some great bars. Hotel very contemporary and clean but I had a very noisy neighbour and the walls are thin. Not all apts are owned by 7Seasons.

Advantages: Large space and clean, apartment-style hotel that some of the equipment have (kitchenware gas stove washing machine, etc. ), has large floor-to-ceiling windows, convenient transportation from Subway bus streetcar near, near supermarkets, entrance access control. Disadvantage: The elevator is small and old, the first day of the toilet smell, to open the exhaust fan.

Very good. The apartments are fully equipped including kitchen etc. The only thing not ideally organized is the parking lot.

Even the one star is too much. We stayed with our 2 kids there. Never again. The kettle, the toaster, the cutlery — yuck! There were water stains everywhere on the walls. It has stunk, … The location is central but it is not recommended.

Stayed here for 3 nights and we absolutely loved the experience. Their apartment was fully furnished and was very tidy. I loved their old architecture, rooms with high ceilings. The staff is super friendly, their restaurant is classy (with live jazz and blues music) and this place is just walking distance from all the major touristic spots. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Budapest.

A great apartment hotel in an excellent location in the middle of town. An efficient and helpful staff at any time. Rooms are clean and there is a cleaning service and a change of towels every day. Very comfortable for families with children because there is also a large living room and lots of space. A free airport shuttle is available for those booking more than 2 nights.

Modern apartments for rent. Very centrally located. Steps from the main metro station, an excellent base from which to explore Budapest.

W e had two nights in a 2 bedroom unit and were more than happy. We enjoyed the large roomy apartment. The verandah was pleasant end to the day. Most of all, the staff were extremely helpful particularly with assisting us with organising our activities around Budapest. Breakfast top notch.

Studio space was great, well designed, large, breakfast buffet was delicious, daily housekeeping, quiet space and room, free Wi-Fi, however elevators were so slow, I often took the stairs, and the hallways were never lit and made the ambiance feel sketchy. Also, there are actual residence that live there so felt odd to share the space. Staff was hit or miss friendly.

Very good location, friendly people with good service and apartment. It has a restaurant with very good food (it is called I came).

Very noisy from the street. The sound proofing is very bad. Blinds Don't help.

The location is good, room also clean, the Elevator is always bad. The downstairs garage is to get money, stopped two and a half days of payment to collect 100 euros, through the representations of said received 60 Euro is not to the invoice.

The floor is good, and what is offered. It's not too far from the center. The worst without a doubt is the building itself. You don't have a lift and this falls out in chunks. Cheap for something.

Very good place. The people are very well served. The location is very good. In front of the entrance there is a supermarket open 24 hours and is well stocked.

We 5 friends were very pleased with the apartment. We were there for 3 nights. The apartment is clean and spacious and has everything you need — or even more: a refrigerator, TV, Toaster, Free Wifi. Toilet and bathroom were separated from us, which helps if you are 5 persons. The Pick-Up Service from the airport worked very well. The location is super, we have achieved almost everything on foot. Unconditional Recommendation.
