The attitude is disrespectful, not recommended.

A terrible hotel, our flight was cancelled because of the corona and refused to postpone the stay.

Loved it here, right in the heart of Pest
But quiet to sleep great in a whopper of a bed.

I liked the hotel, the location and rooms are excellent, very comfortable mattresses and pillows! I was pleased with the espresso machine in the room. I would like to improve the cleaning in the room and add more assortment at breakfast.

Great experience. Kind and warm welcome. Good breakfast. Quite hotel but at the center of BUDAPEST. Near to vachi street and 4 min from the denova. It was a pleasure. We will come back for sure.

Great value buy for a hotel! The location is amazing and for those tourists who can stand to walk, you can hit almost everything. Breakfast is great, front desk is helpful — they got us a taxi to train station and answered questions. Rooms are clean (shower a bit small! ). The gym could use some work. But all in, for the price — excellent.

Front desk reception staff was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good, bed was hard, pillows flat. Staff in breakfast area were not friendly at all. Rooms were air conditioned and clean. We got into our rooms early, very helpful after a long flight. Front desk staff found out which port our ship departed from and gave the taxi driver instructions, MOST helpful! Free walking tour (included with room) was great.

Perfect location near the Vaci street and the Danube river, this quiet hotel has good breakfasts and large rooms. The bath is, unfortunately, not accessible, and getting out of it is a real challenge.

Positive: Clean and very quiet room (had a room towards the inner yard). Friendly and helpful personnel Facilities such as gym (although quite small) and ironing room Great location! Negative: Bed could be better. Breakfast was quite boring. AC was a bit unruly. My general feeling is that this hotel is more of a 3 star hotel rather than 4.

+ Location is perfect, design of the hotel is nice. — Poor breakfast and not enough tables at breakfast. Staff responsible for breakfast were unpleasant. Deluxe plus room looked different than on the official web site (without balcony).

The Prima Fashion Hotel is in an ideal central location in Budapest, close to the river and many shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are both helpful and friendly. The rooms are well appointed and cleaned daily.

Great hotel but hard with park (it's far).

Excellent hotel! Close to the city center. The breakfasts tastes well, I have not had the experience of dinner so I have nothing to say about them. Excellent service and price for what you get.

Amazing location and reasonable service.

Good location, nothing more. Room was very dirty. Carpet was full of dirt spots. Water in shower didnt flow away. Lots of black curly hairs in the bathroom and blanckets. The smartphone you get in the room was covered in greace. Wifi only worked for short time frames.

Great hotel a stones throw from the Danube. Rooms have nice style to them and bathrooms are pristine.

Rooms are clean and cozy u can feel a very calm neighborhood and barely can hear a voice which guarantees a good sleep. The hotel is in the downtown, close to the main bridges and at walking distance from some or the most touristic sites. Some of the staff are very friendly except one at the reception that was mean and nasty, the rest were all nice and helpful. The breakfast room is very small and tiny sometimes you can't find a place to sit with very limited options. His main strength is the location.

I find in Budapest for this price no better hotel, staff very nice, good breakfast buffet, rooms very clean and renovated.

A very central and quiet hotel.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Budapest (2 minutes walk from Deák Ferenc tér where the first three metro lines cross each other). The staff was most helpful, friendly and polite. The breakfast was delicious and I was very impressed because they even offered healthy, dairy and gluten free options. I would recommend it to families too as we stayed there in two joined rooms with our six and five-year-old children.

Jacuzzi, two floors and the most beautiful lighting and setup. The best hotel room I have been in but also the most expensive.

Nice place in the city center. Hard to find a parking but it's the same for every hotel in the area. The room is clean and cozy, and most importantly it's quiet. Good breakfast too! And the staff is really helpful.

Dark rooms, the Breakfast the same thing, all the time 6 days had left the gels twice, used their. Clean but poor. With ventilation it is far from clear air and all.

We stayed here with our 2 year old daughter in Sept 2015 and had a wonderful stay! The rooms were large, spacious, and very clean. Breakfast can be improved for the vegetarians, but not bad Fantastic location, and easy access to shopping area, restaurants and subway. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Splendid! Great breakfast, good rooms and fabulous location. You're approximately 3 minutes (walking distance) away from the best restaurant I have ever been to, you can have a great walk. Its location is so good that I have the best walk near the hotel and I feel really safe. Go there. If your going to Budapest anytime soon, go to the La Prima.

I had a wonderful experience staying at La Prima Hotel FEB 2015 for a week, the hotel staff was very courteous and attentive, especially Thomas and Peter from the reception that by their recommendations on restaurants and sites made traveling in Budapest easier and more exiting. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is delicious, and the rooms look as good as the pictures and hotel is centrally located.

A great hotel. Perfect location clean and new just like the pictures a very good breakfast helpful stuff the room is not so big, would be better to stay in a room with a bath I am recommending this hotel as my best choice from all the times i've been to Budapest.
