Awesome hotel, with great spa, relaxing atmosphere, luxurious rooms in an African themed setting.

We spent here only one day/night, but we were very satisfied! At the arrival we were not aware that rooms are available from 3pm and driving almost two hours with a few weeks old baby, getting there at 11am and rain outside we thought this is going to be a disaster. But the staff was very considerate and prepared our room for 1pm, we just got lunch and even the rain stoped so we could enjoy our first trip/wellness with our baby. Will highly recomend for other families.

The location, the concept and the design is 5 star, no questions there! Congratulations on the idea and on the whole concept! Lot of great programs for the whole family, not only the kids, but the adults can enjoy, too. The reason I gave three stars after a one week stay is how the place is run. At check in they didn't block any amount on our credit card as any other hotel would do, then one day before departure they wanted us to pay a deposit. It was soo unprofessional. The food is rather average category, most probably great for dairy and meat lovers. Huge selection of meat dairy and eggs. Vegetarians and vegans have a thougher life here. Dinner for plant eaters like us was mostly white rice with steamed carrot, as even the vegetarian option had dairy and eggs in it 5 out of 6 dinners. If you could add more vegetable options for the future it would be great I believe! For breakfast there is nut-milk, which is great, however only corn flakes, no muesli. I would suggest adding muesli to the breakfast selection. Drinks are the most horrible at the place. They are priced at the most ridiculous prices I have seen in the country. You are not surprised on such prices on the Formula 1 or on the Sziget festival (actually there the water is cheaper than here), but I was in such hotel. 970 HUF+12% service fee for a 0, 75 Hungarian water, 290+12% service fee for 1 dl of apple juice. Honestly, why don't you raise the price of the room by 10 % and stop this game?

Great hotel, kids lived it. Food excellent and they also cater for birthdays. Excellent outdoor facilities in the middle of the forest.

This place is heaven on earth. Plenty for young children and early teenagers to do although older teenagers may find themselves bored. Rooms are great, decor is African-themed and very well done, in rooms. And throughout the Hotel. Food is excellent and the spa and pools are just fabulous! I won't give away all the secrets as it's fun finding them out when you're actually here. Try it — you won't be disappointed. Discount offers sometimes available — watch local websites and register yourself with the hotel for info and offers.

Nice hotel with great service. Some rooms on the first floor close to the entrance/reception are rather noisy so try to avoid those.

The best hotel ever. The stuffs were amazing kind and helpful. We enjoyed the wellness and spa so much. Outdoor and indoor pools looked amazing, and the different kind of saunas either. The foods were very delicious. I have a glutenallergie, but it wasnt problem at all. By the dinner I could eat 80% of the foods, and by the breakfast they served glutenfree roll also :) If u r there, u should try the cocktails also. They were very good and stylish . Highly recommended the hotel. We enjoyed it so much :) p. S: We tried the couple massage with my boyfriend. It was very good. ;)

Great hotel for families!

A sweet little meercat family lives in the inner court, they can be watched all day. Nice wellness hotel, clean, with lots of pools and some alternative programs (but mainly for kids). Although, my room was a bit noisy, the toilet is very small, and it's overall twice as pricey as others in this part of the country for this level of service. If you want to use the pools on the day of your checking out, you also have to pay extra…

Very nice Spa with lots of indoor and outdoor pools, different types of saunas, playrooms for kids, cinema room and a huge park. Absolutely family and kid friendly, so most probably there will be a lot of kids around. The food is great. Some minor points on which the host could make improvements is like closing the kids playroom earlier than 21:00 as the noise is very disturbing for the nearby room's occupants or a bit of more attention from the waiters (I waited 30 minutes for a bottled beer and once they brought water instead of the ordered beverage).

Im loving everything here with my family. We having the best of our Christmas festive. I love everything afrikanish im enjoying alot.

A hotel, a személyzet illetve az étel első osztályú sajnos az összképet árnyalja az itt megszálló vendégek nagy hányada tahó értem ez alatt a sok újgazdag tuskó aluliskolázott, beképzelt, nagypofájú vendéget akiknek még sutyó neveletlen ķölykeiket is el kell viselni. A szemelyzetet sajnalom mert nekik nap mint nap el kell viseljék a sok nagypofájú beképzelt tahót és a nyavalygó affektáló kitartott nőcskéket. A fentiektől függetlenül 5 csillagot adok mert a hotel nem tehet vendégeik modortalan visselkedéséről.
