Very nice hotel, walkways bit dark but nice hotel, good location, good breakfast, good sized rooms. No faults.

I am very surprised by the good ratings of this hotel. Location and a nice exterior is the only thing going for this place. The interior is very outdated including the 10 year old carpet and one smelly pillow. Yes pillow, because you only get one pillow per person at this hotel. The rooms are dark and gloomy. The bathroom is very small, the shower and sink didn't drain properly, the lid of the toilet did not stay up so you just have to hold it with your back while sitting on it. There were two sewing kits and a soap dispenser on the wall as bathroom amenities.? While the hotel is not pet friendly you do occasionally see large black cockroaches when you turn on the light in the bathroom at night. When I mentioned it at the front desk the girl just shrugged with disgust. I don't blame her. However the breakfast was pretty decent but hurry up because it ends at 9 a. M.

Friendly staff, very good food, nice big rooms and in the summer a good terrace for a delicious cocktail!

The room was not clean at all. The food served at breakfast was not fresh. I would not come back.

Nice hotel. Good restaurant. Right on the city pedestrian walkway. Just make sure under what currency you book because exchange commission may apply.

Unfriendly staff at the reception. When I asked to print an invoice, the girl did it but there were no dates of check in and check out on it. I mentioned that I needed it. She said that I should have said about it in advance. I don’t find this answer appropriate for a 4 star hotel. If some points are optional then it should be mentioned in advance by the staff. Moreover, the price in euros differed from the one stated in the booking. Upon check out the same girl was more than unfriendly. The dishes are always dirty during the breakfast as well as the tables are not cleaned on time. The cups and spoons in the rooms are dirty as well. Room cleaners start knocking the door at 7:30 am and are very loud and noisy while speaking to each other in the hall.

Hotel at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Located in a very busy place, which is very popular in the evening (some local) … The hotel itself is high-class with corresponding prices — but every forint issued has paid off …

Beautiful and above all clean rooms. Located directly on the pedestrian zone, where there are many cafes and ice cream parlours. Underground parking is available just below the house. From 6:30 Breakfast Possibility. My recommendation.

It's a common hotel, nothing special but the place itself. It looks like there is some history in it. I didn't try the massage room. There is a fitness area, though it is a small gym room, it has some good equipment. The SPA is relaxing… The apartment is comfortable, however air-conditioning was not strong enough for me! Also Wifi doesn't look good, download rate was about 20mbps but upload is really bad, for I couldn't upload my daily photos. Breakfast is awesome, but you have to really wake up early around 6:30am, otherwise food will end and you will miss the good breads and the fruits. Lunch and dinner is not included but I recommend to go at least once to try some different stuff.

Very polite service. In general it's nice place, but in my room shower was't working as it should — water didn't flow properly, thick layer of dust was visible on tee set. Room was clean but tee set no. Without mentioned problems I can give 5 stars. Brackfasts quite good. Potential problems with parking can occure especially when you will arrive with big car (SUV or minivan).

I have been a regular visitor for the last six months. The rooms are varied, some better than others, and there are a few annoyances such as sinks that don't drain properly. On the other hand the staff are great, the team at reception are especially notable. It is not quite a 5*, I would give this 4.5 if I could. BTW new mattresses installed last week.

Nice looking hotel but the room I stayed was small (109) and at times I felt claustrophobic and had to open the window. The shower was also small. This hotel will do for a day maybe two day stay not more. Restaurant was good and well priced.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of the town and minutes from the various restaurants and bars. The rooms I have stayed in have been very nice and well maintained. The restaurant in the hotel serves a range of meals, but I would definitely recommend trying some of the local dishes. The reception staff were excellent and very friendly.
